This modern Park City condo is great for active couples, solo adventurers, and digital nomads alike, offering a convenient location right next to hiking/biking trails and a short walk from several excellent restaurants! This little gem is just over a mile from Park City Mountain Resort and Historic Main Street, with free bus service outside from the complex. Enjoy brand-new furnishings and appliances including a well-equipped kitchenette, partial AC, a wall-mounted flatscreen smart TV, and free WiFi. Within the complex, you'll also find a seasonal pool, a year-round hot tub, a firepit, and a bike rack and ski/snowboard storage to keep your gear safe and sound.

Building rules:
-Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Parties or events are not permitted during these hours.
-Absolutely NO SMOKING in the building, in condos, or on balconies. Anyone caught smoking and/or throwing their butts on the ground by any entry will be sent a violation letter and fined to the max extent.
NO smoking within 25 feet of any entrance or window and DO NOT throw the butts on the ground as they are a fire hazard. There will be ZERO tolerance once caught. Guests may face a possible eviction if they do not follow the HOA rules.
-Make sure ALL trash goes INTO the dumpster (NOT on the ground)
-No animals allowed, except permitted by law. Emotional Support or Service animals must be pre-approved by the Association with appropriate paperwork provided prior to the reservation.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY FOR BUILDING 2 IS 3 PEOPLE

Only one vehicle permitted. YOUR PARKING PASS MUST BE DISPLAYED AT ALL TIMES TO AVOID GETTING TOWED.
Amenities: the keycard will give you access to the amenities (Pool & Hot Tub).
The hot tub is currently open. Pool is open during summer season only.

For a safe and successful Summer, please make note of the following pool area Rules and Regulations that we ask all guests to abide by;

Alcohol is not allowed
Plastic and paper allowed, no glass containers
Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by a parent or adult guardian
Pets are not allowed
PLEASE return your parking pass or you will be charged $100 replacement fee.
These are not temporary parking passes and should not be thrown away or left in the vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo is in an older building, but has been updated and everything was very clean. It's in a great location, very close to restaurants and grocery stores, and also Main Street.

The little things make all the difference in a vacation stay.
The condo had all of the essentials for our short ski trip stay. Candles were an extra touch, along with an EV charger in the complex parking lot. The free ski bus pickup at the property driveway was amazing!

There were clumps of hair in our shower and around the toilet. The smell of the room was pretty bad. Pillow case and sheets and some sort of what looked like a blood stain and both. Bring your own pillow when you visit.
