We welcome you in our apartment in Lontzen / Herbesthal. In 2 km you reach the motorway E40 direction Aachen (D), Netherlands and Brussels, Ostend. We are in the border triangle of Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, which can all be reached very quickly.
Nearby cities include Aachen (Kaiserstadt Dom), Liège, Spa-Francorchamp (racetrack), Aubel (US Cemetery) Henri-Chapelle (golf course), Verviers, Eupen, Maastricht. In the nearby high Venn many beautiful trails are easy to reach in winter and the ski resorts. Lakes nearby: Eupen Dam, Barrage de la Gileppe, Roberville and Bütchenbach.

The newly renovated apartment is located on the first floor and is on 110 m² very nice and fully furnished. You have a beautiful view of the large garden. The apartment has a hallway with wardrobe and sofa, bathroom, bedroom, living room with sofa bed, dining area and full kitchenette with dishwasher. The apartment has another mansard or Gallery (bedroom 2 beds) and a Parisian balcony. Furthermore, a Teilgartenmitbenutzung a small meadow side of the house with seating area and charcoal grill.

Lovely upstairs apartment

Well-maintained apartment with nice kitchen and living area. Peaceful green back yard creates a beautiful region and is appreciated through the large windows that open for breeze as needed. Wonderful long bathtub, but the ceiling is a bit low for tall folks to shower easily. Walking distance to nice restaurants and very short drive to 3 grocery stores. Warm and friendly hosts, we will definitely stay again when in the area. We stayed in July 2024 and had no complaints.

mooi comfortabel appartement

Het is een mooi en goed uitgerust appartement. De douche in het bad is echter niet comfortabel. Je moet je in een hoekje persen om rechtop te staan en voor lange mensen is dit ook niet goed mogelijk.

Geweldige uitvalsbasis voor een mannenweek(end)

Samen met 2 volwassen zoons verbleven in dit mooie volledige appartement. De gastvrouw ontving heel attent en behulpzaam. Wij hadden dure fietsen bij ons, voor de stalling werd een heel goede oplossing gevonden. Liliane denkt pro-actief mee. Dat is wel fijn als je aankomt na een lange reis. De plek is een mooie uitvalsbasis als je van fietsen houdt of gewoon van de natuur of steden in de buurt. Een mooie plek om na een intensieve dag lekker huislijk te relaxen. Een aanrader dus.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und sehr harmonisch und liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehme Menschen, denen der Gast am Herzen liegt. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Natur satt.

Super FEWO und freundliche Vermieter

Die Fewo hat einen sehr guten Standard und liegt auf einem traumhaften parkähnlichen Grundstück. Wir konnten keine großen Mängel feststellen und bei Fragen haben die engagierten Vermieter sofort weitergeholfen. Die Wohnung ist definitiv weiter zu empfehlen.
