Relax with the whole family in this cabin perfectly placed outside of Saint George to give you the best getaway. Discover the outdoors with plenty of trails surrounding the property, an additional camping site, outdoor fireplace, the gunlock reservoir/lake nearby, state and national parks within 10 minutes to an hour and a half away, and the pool and heated spa. Enjoy the cabin too packed with Wi-Fi, games, and large dining table, and an interior fireplace.

All events must be approved by me. No four wheeler or motorcycle riding on the property. Late departure fees of $20/hour will be occur when necessary.
Pool may be heated for guests staying at least 4 nights but they must let us know of this request two weeks prior to their stay and pay an extra fee.
Any more than 11 people staying the night must be approved by host and each additional person will be $14 per person per night.

Oasis in the Desert

This was a wonderful cabin. You drive through a lot of desert to get to the cabin and you are awe-struck with a green oasis around the property of the cabin. The history of the property is very interesting that the Bangerter's were more than happy to share with us. They were doing a lot of ranch chores and were happy to share with us what they were doing and how the irrigation system works. The pool and hot tub were real nice and our kids loved the play ground and trampoline. Our family enjoyed the time we got with Ty. Alayna was great and prompt whenever we needed anything. We did some fishing in nearby lakes, went the rodeo, hiked the vortex, and drove to visit Zion national park. Make sure to make it to Veyo and get a pie!

Working ranch hospitality

Hospitality comes first with these hosts on their gorgeous working ranch. You can choose your own adventure for the many parks and sites nearby or enjoy walks around the property along the river or up a little higher for sunset views. We enjoyed sunrise views from the main guest room and watching the horses as well as jumping on the trampoline and swimming. Hosts were so gracious to offer tips and help whenever needed. We hope to stay again. We ended up spending a day in Snow Canyon Park and a day in Zion in addition to stops in Veyo, St George and a couple days on property. Hosts are prepared for either and both and available to answer questions if you are thinking about Gunlock lake or other nearby areas. The star gazing is incredible! There are lots of beds for more guests and with three bedrooms that have bathrooms connected, there are lots of options for hosting guests. The guesthouse is connected to the main house but with private entrances, outdoor porch and fire pit.

We loved having Leigh and her family stay! They were so kind, considerate, and great to get to know! They were so good with the animals and added to our love of the ranch. Families like theirs is what makes us so happy to open up our cabin on vrbo.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful vacation here. The ranch is beautiful with horses just outside the cabin. The hot tub was fun and hiking the ridges around the cabin was beautiful with breathtaking views. Hosts were so gracious and friendly it felt like we were family. We can’t wait to go back. The fireplace was massive and hosts provided endless firewood! We are so grateful for our wonderful stay!!!
