This manasota beach neighborhood has long been hailed the best in the area-for its proximity to manasota beach (0.9 miles/5 min bike/2 min drive) secluded properties and the many wildlife preserves-from the Florida scrub jay to the gopher tortoise. Don't get stuck in a "south venice" or a location south of Manasota Beach road-this is where it's at!

Home sits on a private, dead end road with a walking trail at end! Few neighbors, backyard entirely fenced, ultra private and peaceful. You will be amazed at the level of privacy this home offers. Enjoy the sun, grill, relaxation and sounds of birds and wildlife from a lounge chair on our deck! We've created spaces and nooks that offer R&R at its finest.

FLOOR-PLAN is the perfect "split" layout: 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on opposite sides of the home making it ideal for one couple, two, or a couple with children. Offers the ultimate privacy!

MAIN ENTRANCE/FRONT PATIO is a lovely paver patio with chairs to enjoy that morning coffee. Behind the front door is a sunny, very fun space that emphasizes vacation fun! Decorated in a cool, updated bohemian-beach style, you will feel right at home. Our home is the eptiome of comfort!

LIVING ROOM offers a giant TV equipped w/YOUTUBE TV and plenty of options. Relax after a fun day at the beach or exploring the area, very comfortable! A smart TV offers complimentary youtube TV with ability to sign into your Netflix, Hulu or other accounts. Fiber optic internet service allows FAST streaming, browsing for all your devices.

KITCHEN is open to living room and sunroom, with seating at the KITCHEN BAR. Full size fridge, stove/oven, and stocked with everything imaginable...even pantry staples.

GAME CENTER cabinet is stocked with: books, puzzles, games, chess, cards/chips and so much more!

The BACKYARD DECK is brand new and has many seating options, covered by the giant oak tree-providing partial shade in the sunny Florida weather. If you're like any of our guests, you will spend a great amount of time on our backyard deck. Our little backyard oasis is a charming nook of comfort: high top table, lounge chairs, high end grill, chiminea for any chilly nights. If you love listening/watching wildlife, this is the home for you! The birds are always chirping (we provide extra bird seed!)

Cook on the high-end GRILL w/rotisserie option and unlimited propane or light the CHIMINEA for a cozy ambiance. Settle in to the comfortable seating area covered by overhead string lights! The serene, beachy ambiance the deck offers is just what you need.

BEDROOMS: "SPLIT" plan so on opposite sides of the home-offers exceptional privacy from another couple or your kids! MAIN BEDROOM has ensuite full bath and feels like a serene suite. GUEST BEDROOM is on opposite side of home with pocket door that secludes it and it's bathroom. Towels, linens are of highest quality, we even include tropical shampoo, soaps and more.

WASHER AND DRYER are right inside the garage as well as complimentary laundry soap.

The WALL OF BEACH FUN awaits you. From beautiful beach towels to NEW BEACH CRUISERS, flippers, frisbee, paddle ball, rafts and shell/sharks tooth hunting rakes, beach tents, coolers, and several options to haul it all in wagons! We've got you covered. We've even included sunblock and bug spray! Many options for beach chairs, umbrella and even a beach wagon buggy to pile it all in. After you return from the beach, head to the OUTDOOR SHOWER right outside shower and rinse off.

Beach is 2 MINUTE DRIVE, 5 MINUTE BIKE, 15 MINUTE WALK. During "season" Jan-March the main Manasota Beach Road is busy, we recommend our side street shortcut, we've provided an easy map.

Experience the Englewood-Venice-Sarasota area like never before. Manasota beach facilities have been recently beautifully remodeled with plentiful pavilions and picnic areas with grills. Plenty of options for fishing-from calm intercoastal waters to the gulf-ask us about fishing and we'll "hook" you up! Gulf waters tend to be calm and tranquil, perfect for swimming, wading or snorkeling or paddleboarding. We have created a mini "chamber of commerce" with lots of brochures, menus and information about our beautiful Sarasota county area. So many things to do, you will readily take advantage of our many recommendations for the area-from the best places to fish to kayaking, manatee & dolphin watching, finding sharks teeth, restaurants and so much more. We are always a text away for recommendations! Short drive to great area restaurants, let us share our area expertise and suggest. Find our welcome book on arrival with tips, hints and great info for an unforgettable vacation. We love hospitality, and all the little details that compliment a wonderful stay.
