Baltic Sea vacation apartment "Schleiperle" - with water view, sauna and two terraces

Luxurious apartment on the ground floor with terrace and stunning views of the Schleimündung - near the beach.

Enjoy the best weeks of the year or just a little break in between in our modern and maritime comfort holiday apartment Schleiperle.

Floor-to-ceiling windows to the water side and passing sailboats make holiday hearts beat faster. On the terrace, right on the idyllic Schlei shore, you can end your day.

In the open living / dining area is a modern, fully equipped kitchen integrated. The dining area has a dining table with 5 chairs. The adjacent living area has a sofa and two armchairs. Entertainment includes a Blu-ray player, TV, hi-fi system, books and games.

Here, our guests can expect a cozy dining table for 4 people, a beach chair and two sun loungers. An electric grill is also available for culinary enjoyment. The open and all around high-quality equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

Two tastefully furnished bedrooms with double beds (1.80 x 2. 00) can accommodate four adults and provide access to the second terrace with south exposure and plenty of sun. The spacious bathroom offers wellness with a floor-level XXL shower with rain shower and waterfall and an infrared sauna.

A private parking space is located directly in front of the house and in the private storage room directly in front of the house can be accommodated bicycles. Two bicycles are provided to guests free of charge for your stay.

The holiday property is part of the newly built exclusive Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz. Please note that there may still be some building activity in the immediate vicinity. We are happy to inform you about the current status. However, we have no information as to when future work will be carried out.

Wir hatten wieder einen tollen Urlaub in der Schleiperle. An der Unterkunft gibt es rein gar nichts zu mäkeln. Die Lage und die Wohnung sind auch mit Kindern einfach top. Toll wäre, wenn der Spielplatz am Beachclub mit weiteren Spielgeräten noch ein bißchen aufgewertet würde. Und weitere Restaurants, Geschäfte etc. an der Promenade wären schön. Hier fehlt insgesamt noch ein bißchen was.

Es ist alles so, wie...

Es ist alles so, wie in der Beschreibung steht. Es gab eine Flasche Sekt und Getränkegutscheine. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es ist wirklich ALLES vorhanden, was man braucht (oder brauchen könnte). Die Aussicht ist toll und die Lage ist ruhig. Bei uns fehlte das Bügeleisen in der Wohnung, was uns auf Nachfrage prompt zur Wohnung geliefert wurde. Es ist jederzeit jemand von Meerzeit erreichbar. Das einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat, waren die extrem weichen Matratzen. Vielleicht könnte man hier noch nachbessern, damit man nicht mit Rückenschmerzen aufwacht. Trotzdem ganz klare Weiterempfehlung!

Wir hatten vom ersten Moment an, in der Schleiperle, einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die hellen und sauberen Räume laden zum Verweilen ein. Der Garten und der Blick auf die Schlei runden den Wohlfühlfaktor perfekt ab. Vielen Dank.

Auszeit

Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht. Auch Februar ist die Aussicht sehr schön. Mein Mann sitzt im Rollstuhl und die Wohnung ist dafür geeignet. Allerdings hat der Eingang eine Stufe. Somit stimmt " barrierefrei " nicht so ganz. Mein Mann kann mit Stock und Hilfe diese Hürde meistern. Wer dazu nicht in der Lage ist, hat ein Problem. In der Wohnung selbst gibt es keine Stufen. Das Badezimmer ist super großzügig. Haltegriffe und einen Duschstuhl hatten wir dabei. Es waren aber auch ein Griff und ein Hocker vorhanden. Sehr schön war der Brötchenservice. Morgens frische Brötchen , das hat schon was. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen, auch im Winter. Dazu trägt die Sauna bei.

Toller Start in den Frühling mit Sonne, Wasser, Seeluft und jeden Tag Fisch essen!

Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss hat eine sagenhaften Ausblick aufs Wasser, liegt direkt am Anfang des Resorts und zum Edeka ist es fußläufig. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über den herzlichen Empfang: auf dem Tisch standen schon eine Flasche Wein und zwei Gläser - ganz lieben Dank dafür. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist komplett, es fehlt nichts. Auch die Außenmöglierung ist hochwertig und bequem. Innen ist alles schön geschmackvoll mit maritimer Note. Wenn es unsere Wohnung wäre, würden wir sie genau so einrichten. Wenn möglich, würden wir hier auch sieben Sterne vergeben Holidu Bewertung von 2022

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Kurzurlaub. Das Objekt war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch bei der Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt. Das Objekt selber ist sehr schön eingerichtet und zu der Lage selber brauche ich nichts sagen. Das Wasser grenzt direkt an den Garten. Was will man mehr. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war sehr zuvorkommen und höflich. Weder die Anreise, noch die Abreise bereitete Probleme. Wir werden sehr wahrscheinlich nicht das letzte Mal im Resort gewesen sein.
