The Space:

Morning light filters through the pine canopy as you step onto the front‑porch swing, coffee in hand, while the creek murmurs nearby. In the evenings, the scent of pine mingles with the crackle of the fire‑pit as you gather for s’mores under a sky full of stars. Inside, the glow of the indoor gas fireplace and the soft hum of high‑speed internet invite you to unwind after a day of mountain exploration.



Sleeping arrangements

- 1 King bed in the master suite on the main floor, en‑suite bathroom with deep soaking tub and smart TV.

- 3 Queen beds: two on the third floor (one with private en‑suite, walk‑in closet, balcony, smart TV) and one on the first floor with smart TV.

- 5 Twin beds: two in a third‑floor bedroom for kids, one twin trundle in the bonus sleeping area on the first floor, and a twin trundle in the bottom‑floor living room.

The home accommodates up to 8 guests.



Outdoor living

The 2‑acre property offers multiple outdoor spaces: a covered pavilion with an oversized wood‑burning fireplace (currently out of order after a Thanksgiving fire) and a spacious patio with comfortable couches and a 16‑person dining table. A separate fire‑pit sits steps from the pavilion for roasting s’mores. Two creeks merge into a private pond, and a balcony off the upstairs queen bedroom provides forest views. Bear‑proof trash cans and secure food storage are essential to keep wildlife safe.



Kitchen & dining

A fully stocked kitchen includes every appliance and cooking utensil you could desire, a coffee bar, mixology bar, Insta‑Pot, blender, and kids’ plates. The kitchen breakfast bar seats three, while the formal indoor dining room seats eight. Outdoor dining under the pavilion accommodates sixteen guests. High‑speed internet and smart TVs in four bedrooms keep everyone connected.



Neighborhood

A two‑minute drive brings you to Blue Bike Café for a spectacular breakfast. Main Street, just two minutes away, offers fine dining at Wolfgang’s Restaurant & Wine Bistro and Ristorante Paoletti, plus boutique shopping at C’Orrico, Annawear, Bear Mountain Outfitters, and Wit’s End. The home is minutes from popular wedding venues such as Old Edwards, The Farm, and The Hutchinson House, making it ideal for wedding parties or extended family gatherings.



Pet policy

Dogs under 20 lb are welcome with written approval and a $250 fee per pet (maximum two). Cats are not permitted. Service animals are exempt from the fee and restrictions.



House rules

- No smoking or vaping indoors or near open windows.

- Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM.

- Secure all food and close bear‑proof trash cans tightly.

- Maximum of 8 guests and 10 cars on the property.
