Chose this place for the deck and fireplace and it did not disappoint! Here for our son’s wedding and was a great place for family to gather before and after all of the festivities. We will definitely be back!!

Cozy retreat is a perfect description for this beautiful home. Everything about this home was perfect! Lots of room to spread out, comfortable bedrooms and well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Attention to detail was displayed throughout the home. The gem was the back porch with fireplace. We spent lots of time there playing games and enjoying the fire. Tucker was the perfect host. Will definitely be booking this home again!

The host was incredibly warm and welcoming. The home was well stocked with everything we needed and they also included so many thoughtful details like ring dishes on the bedside tables. We had a wonderful weekend staying in this beautiful home and hope to return soon!

The house was everything we were looking for with our girls weekend trip. The kitchen was fully stocked and the outdoor sitting area with fireplace was a dream! The linens in each bedroom were very comfortable and the Christmas tree was a great added touch that got us all in the mood for the upcoming holiday! We will definitely stay here again next year for our girls weekend!!

Rosebay Cottage was a very serene, clean, and beautiful place to stay! Tucked into the woods with a nice mountain view. Well appointed with everything you’d need. The back porch was our favorite place to gather and enjoy the fireplace! We hope to return sometime soon.

Amazing home located close to the heart of Highlands! The house was perfect for our entire family to come together and build memories together. The home is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked as well! We really enjoyed the porch with fireplace right off the family room. Wonderful property and the host could not have been more responsive. In fact, probably the most prompt host we’ve ever worked with, thanks!!

Home away from home! The loveliest rental home ever. Beautiful and very comfortable furnishings, super comfortable beds, big side porch, everything you could possibly need. Wedding weekend stay

This property was so accomodating for our large family gathering for a wedding weekend. The spacious outdoor patio space, with woodburning fireplace, was particularly welcoming and provided adequate cover from the mountain storms.I would highly recommend this property for a large group of people, with comfortable beds for all, plenty of bathrooms, and cozy living spaces.

The area became even more special to us when we brought our kids here and we dreamed of finding our own place.
