One of the best locations in sunny Poipu Beach Kauai, Nihi Kai Villas Resort is just steps away from the Poipu shoreline and a little over 300 yards to world-famous body surfing Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach Park. The plantation style architecture at this small island oasis by the sea is surrounded by swaying palms, tropical flowers, fruit trees, orchids, and mature plumeria trees accented by well manicured lawns.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

GREAT LOCATION & NICE VIEW

The property is super nice. The unit is as advertised. The photos are accurate. The furniture is ratan with Hawaiian style floral print-perhaps dated- but comfortable. we kept all screens open during our stay, so it was cool enough to sleep. It is a 5-minute walk to breakneck beach. Sunrise & sunset if you wish to see turtles.

Simply Paradise

Kauai is one of the most beautiful places in the world and our stay at Nihi Kau made it even more so. The condo was fabulous! Lots of room with a magnificent ocean view. The grounds were immaculate and well cared for. Kudos to the grounds crew. We walked everyday on wonderful walking paths close by and saw the sunset every night mere steps from our unit. We will definitely return and book this unit again. Thank you for making our trip amazing

Ocean View and great location!

This condo is located within walking distance of one of the best snorkeling beaches with two lifeguard stations and a 10 minute drive to food carts and restaurants. There are two grocery stores in Koloa which is also 10 minutes away. The grounds were beautiful and the complex was quiet. This unit does not have AC and we did not need it in May with the high temperature of 83 degrees. The kitchen was well stocked.

Great location to Poipu Beach!

Thus condo is within a short .35 mule to Poipu Beach to swim, watch the turtles and the sea lion who visited the black rocks st the end of Nalo Road. Great for our 5 yr old daughter. Poipu Beach has a covered playground and an awesome baby swimming area at the beach. The condo was wonderful to have two full bathrooms. Only downside is no A/C so it got hot during the day and evening. Plenty of electric fans to help take the heat off. The full kitchen was nice to have to stock with food as well. The pool was big enough to swim and cool off after spending the day at the beach. We would definitely come back here again!
