Great stay

This unit was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. I couldn't believe the price, it's great for a small family with the bunks in the hall. Living are was spacious and comfortable and the balcony view was perfect. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Relaxing stay

The condo was very furnished nicely and had all the amenities needed. Clean with modern appliances, plenty of space and a beautiful view! It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony and enjoy the morning as well as watch the stunning sunset in the evening. Conveniently located to shopping and dining. The property’s location is the last high rise on PCB so we felt away from the crowds. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. We saw dolphins from the balcony! Very clean and fully stocked kitchen. Only con- missing some essentials like salt/pepper, extra trash bags, extra blankets. Bathroom fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun stay

Pros:Clean, very comfortable bed, amazing view. Had everything we needed. Good overall price.Cons: Rugs need to be exchanged to something not so stained and shower wouldn’t drain all the way. Tv in guest room did not have cable. Closer door came off tracks and fell on husband. We stood two hours locked out during check in because the door code didn’t work and it was freezing!!Overall we enjoyed our stay but a few things could be adjusted.

Room was fine, but abnormal property issues

We’ve stayed at Celadon at least 4-5 times and it has always been great. Our favorite unit wasn’t available, but this one was fine - perfectly average and clean. The master bed was extremely comfortable and the a/c and appliances were great. The unit was very dim however and needed brighter lightbulbs and more silverware (only had one butter knife!). And for some reason, no hand soap (bars) were provided as they have been every previous trip. Property management didn’t open the pools for over an hour after a storm had ended, so that was super annoying. The most unfortunate problem was that one elevator was out of service the entire time… which was fine until a second one went out on the last night!! ONE elevator for 24 floors is unacceptable!!!!! Trying to leave with our luggage cart the next day was an utter nightmare. We’re usually very sad to leave, but I was glad to not deal with the elevator hassle anymore!!!!!

Door code didn’t work. Took 20 min to get someone to get us in WiFi-never worked. Asked for help. All I got was to reset router. No pool code given. We couldn’t get into hot tub or pool. Had to reach out to Vrbo to get codes Shower won’t drain. Shower curtain is a wreck Balcony curtain only closes on one sideStayed at this hotel many times never encountered issues like this with this particular condo.

Not a bad stay for the price

There are just a few things that should be changed for me to rate this rental a 5 in all areas. In general, the unit was clean upon our arrival. However, the shower curtains were half hanging on the hooks, blender and ice maker did not work, and I include these items in cleanliness. I rated the check-in process a 2 because none of the codes originally provided to us in the welcome email worked. The door code didn’t work, causing me to have to call the rental manager. The parking pass was not in the condo, as it said it would be in the rental email. As it turned out, we did not need a physical parking pass, but the welcome email should be updated to reflect that. The pool code did not work. Then on our checkout day, the stated checkout time was 10 am. But a cleaning person was standing outside our door at 8:30 am, making us feel pressure to leave early. I will say that the property manager was very responsive and helped us to resolve our issues quickly. For the price, I would definitely stay here again.

Issues: the previous tenant must have had lots of fish dinners because the condo had a bad fish aroma that lingered all week. The screen door was rotted and kept getting off track, the maintenance man took it away. The patio chairs are rusted and flaking bad. There was only 3-4 clothes hangers in closet, We had to go buy a pack of hangers for our clothes. Finally there was only 1 Cisco cable remote for 2 tv’s. Please leave instructions on how to operate tv’s where there are multiple remotes. Positives: the furniture, tv, bedding and appliances were in good condition.
