Perfect location for us. Publix was just 4 minutes away by car. There’s a shopping center there too with Old Navy, Ross and Bonefish. The beach is only a 6 minute walk from here. I would reserve this house again.

A perfect place for a family get together

We celebrated my husband's 90th with children and a granddaughter (29). Close walk to the beautiful beach, very clean and inviting swimming pool. Comfortable rooms with private bathrooms left you privacy. It was perfect.

Destin fun

We had a great time staying here on the summer break. The house was in a great location, however, there are some minor fixes but not a bigger deal. The host has been easy to communicate with and accommodate as needed. We would stay here again. Thanks

Daniel, I am not sure why you gave this house a 4 with all that was offered. I as the manager took care of your needs even sending my husband over twice relative to a TV issue. I am not sure what more we could have offered with you getting special pricing since booked with another company before, a pool, 4 people enjoying a house that sleeps 17 with the Cabana house. I think this was surely a 5 star experience. I do not believe you ever contacted me to suggest any issues with the clean and your satisfaction of the house.

Wonderful experience! This was our first trip to Destin, we visited at the end of March. We lucked out on gorgeous 70-75 weather and had the pool heated. Our crew included three families with a total of 8 children. The house was perfect for our needs. The layout was perfect for the age span of the kids and the separate spaces for grownups. My parents especially appreciated the separate pool house space ;-) The house was exactly as pictured, clean, and well stocked with all the necessary items. We had an absolute blast taking am and pm walks on the beach, playing in the pool during the day, and movies at night. The house is situated perfectly to the beach, restaurants on scenic 98 and 98 and I thought the proximity between the harbor walk and Miramar beach was excellent for excursions. The beach was gorgeous white sand and emerald water and well maintained. Anything we needed for the house was handled immediately by our host contact and the correspondence leading up to our trip was top notch. I absolutely would stay here again and the kids are already talking about going back next year.

Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! Tons of space where everyone had their own bed/bath but also plenty of room to gather together. We were there only a short time so we didn't cook meals, but if we had cooked everything we needed was there. We enjoyed the nice pool and the beach was only a short walk away so that was easily enjoyed as well. Cannot say enough how easy and thorough the communication was with the property manager! We didn't need a thing but if we had she was only a phone call away and very attentive. We can't wait to go back again and stay longer! Highly recommend!

Great spot

Great location. 1/2 block to beach and 2 blocks to cute coffee shop/lunch spot. Very convenient to groceries and amenities. Pool cabana is perfect for a couple with infant, it has a little kitchenette. Bedrooms in house are large and have nice big closets. Many balconies and areas to be outside. Bette, the property manager was awesome!! She helped with pre trip info about bikes, tennis courts and even tried to find a kennel for my dog. She answered any questions right away while we were staying in the home as well. Overall great experience for our group of 7.

Great House!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout of the house worked out for the 4 families that we had on vacation. The fact that the house wasn't raised up was also very helpful for my MIL who typically has trouble with stairs. Very convenient to the beach access, the only problem is the public beach access closest to the house is VERY small. You need to walk down a little further to have more room.

Perfect place for a large family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was incredible for our large group. The cabana proved to be a perfect space for my brother and his wife with their new baby- away from the chaos of the adults, when needed. We won’t rent another space without a private pool, as this was perfect for those who wanted to lounge around for moments when they didn’t want to head to the beach. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet, and you’re also able to rent and park golf carts as needed. Will return next year!
Response from VrboOwner on 28 Aug 2024
Thank you for your wonderful review! We're thrilled that the cabana was a perfect fit for your family's needs and that the private pool added to everyone's enjoyment. It sounds like the quiet neighborhood and the convenience of golf cart rentals also enhanced your experience. We're delighted to hear that you plan to return next year, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another incredible stay!

FANTASTIC TIME

The property was great, the entire family had a great time. The three teenage boys enjoyed their secluded time, as we allowed them to stay in the pool house together. We had a minor plumbing issue Saturday evening, but within one hour of contacting the property manager a plumber was at the house and took care of the issue in 15 minutes. The only problem we encountered was the public beach area was very limited and very crowded. Much of the beach which is in walking distance is private. We decided to drive (8mins) to Henderson Beach and had a blast. Staying in the house was me, my wife, our kids and grandkids and we had great family nights in the house. Craig M.
