Viridian Lodge is a vacationer’s dream midcentury modern lodge and home away from home. Set on almost 4 acres of land with a babbling creek on one side and state land on the other (hello privacy!), this newly renovated lodge features a direct, unobstructed view of Windham Mountain. It is the ideal retreat for your family, friends and loved ones to enjoy all that the Catskills has to offer.

This gorgeous chalet sleeps up to 12 and is packed with amenities. Enter through the entry way into the oversized mudroom that features heated floors to warm up your feet after a long day outdoors. The entry room also has ample room for your ski/snowboarding equipment, shoe trays and even a boot warmer!

Walk through the French doors and step into the open floor plan main living space with a connected living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room boasts soaring vaulted ceilings and a wood burning fireplace - a perfect place to relax with your group.

The house has a large, well equipped kitchen with numerous appliances and bar seating. The kitchen also features heated floors throughout. The kitchen opens up into the dining room which features a dining table that can seat up to 10. Our family loves vacationing to the Catskills and we want to make your family stays as easy as possible so we have numerous child friendly amenities such as a high chair, pack and play, children’s dinnerware and children’s books.

Walk up the stairs to the cozy loft area where you can sit on an oversized arm chair (or two) with a book or perhaps challenge a friend or family member to a game of chess – all while enjoying the wonderful view of the mountain.

The primary bedroom on the main floor has one king bed and en suite bathroom with a jetted tub.

A second bedroom upstairs has one queen bed.

A third bedroom also has one queen bed. The third bedroom features a staircase that leads up to an oversized attic with vaulted ceilings. The attic space features two full beds and two twin beds (one of them being a trundle bed). While the queen bed is in a separate space from the attic (separated by a staircase), there is no door separating the bedroom from the attic (which is why we do not consider the attic space to be its own bedroom).

A fourth bedroom features a queen bed as well as an en suite Jack and Jill style bathroom.

Take advantage of the fully furnished basement that features a second living area pool table, foosball table, board games, and even an in home gym with a bench, free weights, yoga ball and oversized gym mirrors.

There is a wraparound deck with outdoor furniture to take in the view from the deck. There is also a fire pit and Adirondack chairs facing the mountain. Enjoy the view while cooking using the outdoor Weber grill.

There is high speed Internet for you and your party to easily stream on multiple devices.
