The living area is bright and comfortable, with spacious seating arranged to take full advantage of the Sound views. A separate den offers a quieter retreat when you need to unwind after a full day of sun and activity - ideal for reading, resting, or simply enjoying the slower pace of island life. Step through to the balcony at any time of day and watch the light shift across the water.



Kitchen & dining

The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped and ready for everything from a quick morning coffee to a proper sit-down meal. Granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances set a clean, functional tone, and you'll find all the essentials on hand - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. A dining table rounds out the space for meals in.



Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom features a king size bed and connects to an updated bathroom stocked with plenty of storage. Two sofabeds in the living and den areas extend the villa's capacity to four guests comfortably, making this an easy choice for couples or small families.



Bathroom

The bathroom has been refreshed and includes a bathtub, hair dryer, hot water, and cleaning products. Essentials - towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper - are provided, along with bed linens, hangers, and an iron.



Staying connected & in comfort

Whether you're working remotely or simply staying connected, the villa offers Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. Air conditioning and heating keep things comfortable year-round, and in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter and stay longer. 1709 Bluff Villa sits within Sea Pines, a gated community on the southern tip of Hilton Head Island, surrounded by natural beaches, championship golf courses, tennis facilities, and an extensive network of biking trails. South Beach Marina Village is right on your doorstep, with the iconic Salty Dog Cafe and the South Beach Racquet Club within easy walking distance. Rent bikes and pedal out to the beach, explore the marina, or simply follow the path to the water's edge at sunset.



PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:



* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

* 1709 Bluff Villa is located in Building 2, 2nd Floor, Stairwell A. Please note: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors including first floor villas.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
