Crystal River Condo -Near Three Sisters and Hunters Spring

Perfect location to winter along Florida’s Nature Coast. This well appointed 2 Bedroom and 1.5 Bathroom condominium is located in the heart of Crystal River - a short walk from Three Sisters Springs and a short paddle to Hunter’s Spring. The condo is also a short 5 minute drive to downtown Crystal River and many restaurants. It is also 10 minutes from the beach along Fort Island Trail. The unit is fully furnished and located in Smuggler’s Cove condominium complex. There is an assigned parking space with visitor spaces available. The unit also includes one boat slip behind the condo. Minimum stay is 6 months (now through March 31, 2024).

An ideal condo in an ideal location

The condo was clean, welcoming, comfortable and in a lovely quiet location. Nicely equipped with everything needed for a vacation stay. Communication with the owner was very good and very welcoming. The location, being near waterfront parks and within easy walking distance of Crystal River, proved to be a bonus. We would love to visit again.
