Escape to this delightful house in picturesque Kings Bay, Crystal River. This superb property features 2 bedrooms plus queen size sleeper sofa, 2 bathrooms with convenient amenities, and a charming atmosphere that will make guests feel right at home. Very large kitchen with all new appliances and a large dining table plus kitchen bar seating for 6-8 Enjoy all that Crystal River has to offer when you stay at our place. Located in Kings Bay with easy Gulf access this property has stunning views, unbelievable sunrises and is located in a desirable neighborhood . A screened in pool(NOT HEATED) will allow you to relax after a day on the water. Plenty of outdoor eating space Floating dock also available to guests. Two kayaks on request . Relaxation and family time is key to the ambience we are trying to provide as you visit the gem that is Florida's Nature coast. You will have the opoortunity to see wildlife such as manatees, dolphins, birds, gators and if you're lucky otters.
Situated only minutes from downtown and plenty of excellent restuarants and bars you will also be very close to world famous Three Sisters Springs famed for its high population of manatees particularly in the winter months Other favorite spots are Hunters Spring and Ft Island Beach.We are about an hour and half from Tampa airport and two hours from Orlando and attractions such as Disney and Universal. Heading an hour and half south will bring you to the beautiful beaches of Clearwater. Your hosts live in Crystal River and pride themselves on excellent local knowledge of tours available, places off the beaten track and like to try and make your stay unique to you.

We had such a relaxing visit - the host was very responsive and incredibly thoughtful. We had plenty of suggestions of things to do in the area and activities at the home to keep us entertained. We enjoyed cooking in one night - the kitchen is well stocked and brand new. The sunrise and sunsets over the water are a real treat and our kids were thrilled to see so many animals (crab, fish, otter, ducks and turtles) during our quick weekend stay.

This house had everything. We kayaked right from the dock to see manatees in the same spot where tour boats were. We loved the screened porch. Annie had so many lovely touches for Valentine’s Day. She checked in to make sure we were safe through a quite impressive storm. This was our 2nd trip to Crystal River and we would book this place again.
