Come experience year round adventures kin beautiful Grand County! You’ll be in the middle of it all from our clean, well appointed 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in Granby, CO. Sip your morning coffee on the private deck at sunrise overlooking Ten Mile Creek or snuggle up by the fireplace. Make memories skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, hunting, fishing and more just minutes away.
Enjoy a bright, spacious layout with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large dining area (table for six and two counter stools) and open kitchen to the family room with a cozy gas fireplace. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and ensuite bathroom as well as access to the private deck overlooking Ten Mile Creek. The second bedroom sleeps up to four with a double bed and twin bunk above and a second twin trundle bed. There is a full sofa sleeper available in the living room. Closet space is available off of the main/guest bathroom, along with a washer and dryer. Enjoy family game night after a day of exploring with a variety of games, WiFi, Roku/Chromecast (guest login/account required), and cable.

The quiet condo complex has ample parking, with a well lit stairway to the second floor entrance. Roast marshmallows and sit by the fire pit right outside the condo or unwind and gaze at the stars in one of the two hot tubs within walking distance of the unit. Guests may also access the Ranch Hall at Granby Ranch (approx 5 minute drive) to enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center - the Ranch Hall amenities are available for $10 per day/per person (children under 8 free) payable via credit card at the clubhouse (The Ranch Hall Fitness center is undergoing construction and access may be limited).

Granby getaway

Lovely quiet location with a nice mountain view close to Granby. The place was very comfortable, well stocked and a perfect place to have a short romantic stay.
