We had a great stay at Edgewater. The community is amazing and filled with kids. The house was perfect for our family of 5. We loved hanging on the property and exploring the area. The proximity to Snow Mountain and Granby Ranch and Grand Lake is amazing for kids of all ages.

Beautiful, tranquil getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay. The home was beautiful, clean, and as pictured. We had everything we needed for a great stay. And we loved sitting on the deck listening to creek as the sun set over the mountains. We would definitely come back.

Granby Gem!

My family loved our stay in Granby! The house was beautiful, clean, perfect location and fully stocked with everything you needed! Loved the sound of the creek behind the house and the decks were the perfect place to bbq, enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise/sunset! The house is close to everything you want. We will definitely stay here again! Loved our stay!

Wonderful home

This place was everything we expected it to be after seeing the listing. A very clean home with a beautiful view of the river and in a great area. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean. We had one of the best vacations we've ever had. We would definitely rent this home again.

The first experience at the home was trying to unlock the door. The key in the lockbox wouldn't go into the deadbolt lock. It literally took us almost 5 minutes to get the door opened. That key stays in the lockbox but the key inside the house wasn't much better.The second issue was how hot it was in Colorado the week we were there and we could not get the house cool. It was still almost 80 degrees in the house at 10pm. We had all windows open and fans running. Without A/C, if it's hot outside, it's miserable inside the house.We stayed at this house previously in 2023 and it was pretty new then. We loved it at the time. The weather was much cooler that week so it was much more pleasant in the house.A lot of things seem to be coming apart after 3 short years. The microwave door handle is peeling, the flooring in the kitchen is coming up, the feet on one of the box fans were broken, and overall it just didn't feel as clean as it did on our first stay.Those things aren't deal breakers for me, but I won't rent here again because of the lack of cooling in the house. I can't stress enough how miserable it was in there every day because of the heat.

The lock is being inspected following your feedback, and while the home does not offer A/C, this summer brought unusually warm temperatures that made cooling more challenging. The kitchen flooring was recently damaged by a flooding incident, and a full kitchen renovation is already planned for this fall to refresh the affected areas. We’re also reviewing the other maintenance items you noted as we continue caring for and improving the home. Thank you for your feedback.

Beautiful home and scenery!

We brought our three kids, 22,19, and 16. This home gave everyone a bed and the room to spread out. The deck was so relaxing watching and listening to the river. The pool and exercise room were an added plus as well. Great experience. It was a good location for getting to RMNP, as well as rafting and trail rides. The only downfall was limited restaurants. But Winter Park was also 15 minutes away, and offered several restaurants and other activities. Really fun!

Lovely and homely - TOP NOTCH

This was the cherry on the cake for our Colorado Trip this year. We loved the detailed instructions booklet for the Do's and the Don'ts. We were travelling with 2 seniors and 2 toddlers and this was an amazing choice for us, with the quiet locale, easy access to the Rockies(west-side), great views from the back patio. We did end up using the back patio for a Pizza Party with the kids to fully soak in the views in the evening. The hot tub access was great to have as we had a day to wind down post the trip to the Rockies and the kids simply loved it. The property was fully stocked for us - be it trivial things like laundry pods/ dishwasher pods or other important amenities like top rate appliances, utensils and silverware. Thank you for making this a very very memorable trip for us.

Check in is super simple. Check out process is a piece of cake as well. Host is easy to communicate with. Location is fabulous with the Fraser river right out the back door. Excellent property

This house was perfect! Fraser river is right behind the house-great views. The beds were good-comfortable living room-complete kitchen. Ground level deck and a second deck on the second floor. I will rent here again ! ZERO complaints.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was a great vacation rental that had everything we needed while visiting from out of town. We were also extremely close to everything in town. Highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Well furnished, clean and enjoyable to stay in. Loved the creek flowing by cabin and watching the fly fishermen.. Seeing a moose from our deck was a bonus.
