Only 10 minutes from the beaches, this contemporary townhouse located in Perpignan, in the southern districts, is completely renovated and has a certain cachet with its pleasant glass roof overlooking the patio with the swimming pool and offers a sweet living environment with its living room/straw hut.

It consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds (2 in 160 cm and 1 in 140 cm),
2 bathrooms with double sinks, walk-in showers and storage units,
3 separate toilets.
Ducted air conditioning and mosquito nets.
Fully equipped kitchen and living room with giant flat screen TV.

The ground floor has a private entrance and has a large bedroom with TV, a balcony and large dressing room, 1 bathroom and separate toilet.

In the patio, under the shade cloth, a table and 6 bamboo armchairs as well as a barbecue and a wall-mounted shower.

During your stay 2 bikes, deckchairs, sheets and wifi are provided.

The property was a delightful oasis of calm! Marie was fabulous and could not be more responsive to any issue!! We enjoyed every minute and would thoroughly recommend the house!! We loved it!
