Inside, you'll find a bright open-concept floor plan with two living rooms, a dining table that seats 8, and a fully stocked chef's kitchen with modern appliances and an oversized island bar. Whether you're cooking a family dinner, working remotely at the lap-top friendly counter, or gathering for movie night, every detail has been designed to make your stay seamless.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis. Relax year-round in the heated saltwater pool, lounge beneath the string lights, or float under the stars. Fire up the frill for a casual cookout, enjoy meals in the outdoor dining area, or challenge friends to a game of cornhole. The fenced yard also features a shaded casita with cozy seating and a smart TV, perfect for quiet mornings or evening cocktails.

When it's time to explore, you're just minutes from Jacksonville Beach, local dining, and shopping. Pet-friendly and fully equipped with modern conveniences, Indigo House is the perfect blend of relaxation, entertainment, and coastal charm.

Dog friendly: We warmly welcome four-legged canine friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

Cozy Coastal Cottage

We rented this property to celebrate my moms 70th birthday. We had a great time! The house is very spacious, even with 3 teens. The backyard was perfect for relaxing in the pool while watching football and grilling out! The beach is a fairly short walk from the house and there are many cute restaurants right down the road.

Birthday Reunion

The home is perfect. So updated and everything you can think of is already there. Just like home and that’s what we always look for. Proximity to the beach nice walk and only one block over is Margaritaville Hotel, great food and views. My hubby’s 70th BDay biggest reason with a mixture of kids and grandkids, even my 91 yr old Dad. Very comfortable and the pool is a must this time of year. Really all together even better than the photos! We were all very comfortable. Hope to return and will look for more Welcome Home Rental Properties 😃

Im very familiar with Jacksonville beaches and was a little reluctant to stay in this area. I stand corrected!!!!! This well-kept, perfectly located, and stunning home exceeded my expectations. I didn't want to leave!!! It is immaculate. The owners thought of everything and then some. It looks very small from the outside but the inside is roomy and full of natural light. I HIGHLY recommend this home and we will definitely be staying here again in the near future. THANK YOU!!!

Indigo House is wonderful!

This house is everything you see in the pictures… beautifully decorated, lots of space to spread out or gather as a family. It’s gorgeous inside and out and seems brand new. Master bath is amazing! The house is stocked with essentials to do dishes, laundry, have a cup of coffee, prepare a full meal, grill etc - rare for a VRBO, thank you to the owners/management company! The back yard was gorgeous. The kids enjoyed swimming in the beautiful pool, and the adults enjoyed morning coffee and evening wind down time. The house is in a nice community and is centrally located- easy to get to the beach, grocery store, shopping and restaurants. We stayed here for a weekend to visit family and wished we stayed longer. Thank you to the owner/ management company for making our stay so wonderful. We would love to come back!!
