The house was perfect for our visit. Plenty of room for everyone to sit. I would definitely rent again. Unfortunately weather wasn't great so were unable to take advantage of the pool.

What a gem! This was one of, if not the most clean houses I’ve stayed in! The kitchen had everything and then some. It was more appointed than most houses. Our pups loved it too! The pool was great and due to the landscaping, always had pockets of shade to duck into which was great for a break from the sun. The beach is a straight shot and an easy walk. The house has a wagon to help tote beach gear as well. We had the best stay and would definitely look to come back next time we are in the Jacksonville beach area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great House, It had everything we needed!

Indigo house was a great house for us. We stayed for 2 months. The kitchen was well stocked… plenty of bath towels and extra pool towels. The lounge chairs by the pool were very comfy and the “wading ledge “ in the pool was a big plus! And it had its own umbrella 👍 The location was close enough to grocery stores, restaurants & beaches. We drove to the beach, the parking where we were was free during the week. But you could easily walk.. about 1/4 mile. Overall it was a great stay…. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, very clean, well maintained, and exactly what we expected. Overall, we had a great experience and were very happy with the property.The only thing that left us a little disappointed was our arrival. We arrived about 1.5 hours before check-in during very heavy rain, with the children waiting in the car. We asked if it might be possible to enter a little earlier. I had also mentioned the possibility of an earlier arrival in the comments when making the reservation. We were eventually allowed to enter, but there was an additional 30 early check-in charge.It really wasn’t about the 30 — we completely understand that there are check-in policies. It was simply a little disappointing given the circumstances, especially with the heavy rain and children in the car. A bit more flexibility or understanding would have made the experience perfect.Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful home and a great staycation!

I booked this to spend my birthday weekend close to home with family and it was a HIT! Plenty of room for everyone, the amenities are amazing, and the house is beautifully decorated! My family all complimented my choice and were so excited upon arrival! Cozy, clean, and a great space!

Wonderful

The check-in process was super easy and they were extremely happy to help…they had a ton of suggestions where to eat/drink. The house felt new and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the backyard and the heated pool was the cherry on top. Highly recommended!!!!

Cozy Coastal Cottage

We rented this property to celebrate my moms 70th birthday. We had a great time! The house is very spacious, even with 3 teens. The backyard was perfect for relaxing in the pool while watching football and grilling out! The beach is a fairly short walk from the house and there are many cute restaurants right down the road.

Birthday Reunion

The home is perfect. So updated and everything you can think of is already there. Just like home and that’s what we always look for. Proximity to the beach nice walk and only one block over is Margaritaville Hotel, great food and views. My hubby’s 70th BDay biggest reason with a mixture of kids and grandkids, even my 91 yr old Dad. Very comfortable and the pool is a must this time of year. Really all together even better than the photos! We were all very comfortable. Hope to return and will look for more Welcome Home Rental Properties 😃

MUST STAY

Im very familiar with Jacksonville beaches and was a little reluctant to stay in this area. I stand corrected!!!!! This well-kept, perfectly located, and stunning home exceeded my expectations. I didn't want to leave!!! It is immaculate. The owners thought of everything and then some. It looks very small from the outside but the inside is roomy and full of natural light. I HIGHLY recommend this home and we will definitely be staying here again in the near future. THANK YOU!!!
