The place was perfect for us! The walk to the beach is convenient, proximity to the convention center was so helpful, and the condo was well appointed. Check-in was so easy and the owner was very helpful!

The room and condo grounds were very clean and convenient. The only complaint I have is that you can really hear the noise from Coastal Highway. It sounded like a racetrack Saturday night. Other than that, it was a really enjoyable stay.

Drake was excellent. Always responds right away, calls to check in. He gave clear directions for the check in process as well. A little thrown off on the size of the place and I was also thinking it was bay view, but it states bay front. My mistake. Overall the place is beautiful and perfectly sized for a family of 2-4. Will definitely consider again for next year if I come. My only hesitation is that most of the stores were closed on Mondays for the season and it was not like this any other year I've come at this time. (After labor day) so the second half of my vacation (sun- tues) was a ghost town.

Great location and property. Drake was a lovely host and very responsive to any inquiries. The condo was well kept, clean, and perfect for a beach vacation. I was attending a conference at the convention center and the location could not be beat.

Hello.. No code is required to set the temperature. Simply turn the Nest thermostat to the right or to the left to adjust the temperature. If you press the thermostat, it will enter into a settings mode and then a password is required.
