Nicely renovated two bedroom oceanside condo in popular midtown Ocean City, Maryland. The open living area features the living room with sleep-sofa, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a large balcony off of the living area that is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom features a bunk-bed with two fulls. The full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. This condo has been nicely updated and is in good condition. Building location is steps from the beach and a short walk to the Ocean City Convention Center, restaurants, shopping, amusements, water sports and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. Please note that this is the 3rd floor unit.

Wonderful place for our family! Very close to the beach and shopping. Short car or bus ride to the boardwalk. Easy check in and out. On site parking was good. Would recommend and stay again.

Great interior and very close to beach access and lifeguards. Only negative was the steps and deck. Rotting and beginning to be unsafe especially when wet.

Listing accurate, communication from vacation rental company thorough, unit has updated interior finishes and each room has an individual individually controlled updated air unit which I appreciated. Entry access by walking up to top unit of 3 story building, 3 full size beds, 2 of which are bunked. Living area has sleeper sofa and one chair plus dining table w 4 chairs. At the time of our stay there was just one rocking chair on front porch, hopefully they will add more. Super easy beach access, though any beach “view” from porch is blocked by mature trees. Building is in the middle of the block so a few buildings away from the main road and a few buildings away from beach. Note other reviews that mention super tight driveway entrance but actual parking area is spacious. Linen service provided enough to sleep 8 plus numerous fluffy towels. Would recommend.

For the price of the rental it's on point! Great communication with management, start to finish. It is a 3 floor walk up. New kitchen, but no dishwasher, no washer and dryer and no ice maker. It was clean except when we looked behind the sofa for our dogs' ball, it was dirty. 2 great bedrooms, but no tv's. 1 bathroom with a great shower head! Nice porch for your pooch! I would definitely go back with some minor tweeks. Great location!

Nice location. Very deceiving listing.

This property was not what I expected. The bathroom shower was falling apart. No hairdryer. No fan in the bathroom. Very dusty behind the bunk beds. The paint was coming off the ceiling in the bedroom. The stairs to get in need to be refurbished as well. I was very disappointed, as I thought it was in much better condition. The location was great.

Great spot for our small family, pet friendly . Everything needed for the stay was supplied and mini split ac made it comfy. Over 9.5 rating for me only because the stairs and deck had lots of nails and minor maintenance issues that could easily been resolved . All good will be back

Overall, it was clean and our week stay went well. Our dog also enjoyed it. Only concern is the balcony had some structural concerns and pieces of wood are loose and sinking when walking on it. The one column attached from deck to the roof is not connected to anything.

The unit could use a deep clean. Available utensils and other kitchen items were not clean at all, and we washed everything before using. Floors haven’t been mopped. The stairs need repairs with boards coming off and nails sticking out. Entrance to the driveway is very narrow- beware if you have a truck or large suv that you may not fit through. The electrical outlets in the kitchen didn’t work. The host did offer to have an electrician come out, but we didn’t want to have that inconvenience during a short stay. It is a pet friendly unit without the additional fee, which is a positive. The block is nice, close to the beach. Generally, a nice neighborhood. Overall, wouldn’t stay again or recommend to a friend. Sorry.
