This home was everything we wanted. It was clean, the pool was terrific, and the accommodations were perfect. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful. The location was great and not far from everything. We would very much recommend this home.

Great place for a family vacation

The house lays out well for a family and the pool is fantastic. The only bad thing about it was we could never get our grandchildren to get out of it! Briarwood is a really nice neighborhood and very conveniently located. Stan is a superb host who seems to be always available and is very helpful.

Excellent rental property

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. We swam in the heated pool every day. The neighborhood is quiet and has many places to walk and ride bikes. Many restaurant options are in the area and getting to 5th Avenue or the beach was a short car ride.Stan was quick to get back to me when I had questions. We have already booked for next year!

Fantastic stay!

Great location both of the villa within the Briarwood community and the location of the community itself for exploring Naples and the surrounding areas. Communication with the host was fast and Stan was really helpful. We are quite fussy with cleanliness - the villa was spotless. The pool was wonderful, large and with sun on it most of the day. It was lovely to sit and enjoy the view out from the back. We would look to rent again if staying in Naples.

Beautiful private home and community

We loved everything about the home in Briarwood Community. Quiet, friendly, manicured landscape throughout, mature trees. Very safe and clean. The home was perfectly arranged for my family. Daughter husband and 18 month grandson on one side with own bathroom and privacy. Pool was perfect. Owner had all the amenities and extras we requested, from baby crib to beach chairs. Communication was always prompt. We would reserve this home again and again to visit Naples Florida!

Tolles Haus, schöne Einrichtung, angenehme Klimaanlage und sehr nette Nachbarschaft. In der Garage gab es ausreichend Strand-Equipment. Der Pool war traumhaft. Dieser wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Unterkunft wie auf den Bildern. Haben uns für 12 Tage dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Schnelle Reaktion von Stan bei Rückfragen. Nur 10 Minuten Autofahrt zum Strand, Naples Beach.

Briarwood, Naples

Die Lage des Objekts ist fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war knapp aber einwandfrei. Auch beim kleineren Problemen wurde sofort eine Lösung gesucht. Die Betten waren perfekt für erholsamen Schlaf. Die Bäder sind modern und einwandfrei. Der Pool ist perfekt, gross, sauber, die Wassertemperatur angenehm warm, allerdings nur mit Aufpreis. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert perfekt, heizen kann man auch.Das Haus ist zweckmässig und schlicht eingerichtet, die Küche mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt in Ordnung, Schlafzimmer und Bäder waren sehr sauber.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Es war alles sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, genug Handtücher, Strandutensilien waren in der Garage. Pool sehr sauber und groß genug. Community sehr schön, sind abends immer spazieren gewesen. Auch der Gemeinschaftspool und die Sportanlagen sehr gepflegt und nur zu empfehlen. Alles war top.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at the home. It is located in a beautiful gated neighborhood . The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and we loved seeing people on walks and bike rides. The pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and park are right around the corner. It was an added to an already wonderful house. The house sits on an ideal setting, with pool and has nice sized bedrooms. The homeowners were unbelievably fast in their responses to me. We would definitely stay there again!
