This is a waterfront condo, has 1 king bed in bedroom and 1 queen sofa bed in living room. 1 bath (shower, toilet and hand sink ). only 1 mile from RMNP, easy enter and exit from Fall River entrance. The condo is in Fawn Valley Inn Resort right off Fall River Road but we manage it by ourself and give you a private sweet home environment instead of a hotel feel. We have a full kitchen and provide many spices and plates and utensils for you to prepare your meals.
Over 500 hiking trails and magnificent mountains and lakes make RMNP most beautiful playgrounds for natural loves, hikers, photographers, snowshoers, cross country skiers, fishing lovers. Jeeping, ATV, boating ... Wildlife watching is great here too, you will often enjoy birds, elks, moose, even bears. No matter what season you visit, RMNP alway gives you the amazing show!

Beautiful setting! We enjoyed the river in the backyard. Absolutely stunning! Well stocked with everything we needed. Great location for visiting RMNP! Bear Lake was our favorite area. I would definitely book this again if in the area.

We had an excellent stay. The property is charming and quiet. Right on Fall River with its cooling breeze and pleasant hum. The kitchen is stocked with many convenient items (sugar, salt/pepper, plastic wrap, alum foil, etc) that we normally forget to bring. Check-in was super easy. The owners have created a stress-free experience. Thank you!

Cute condo on the river! You are steps from the water, and there are adirondack chairs on the bank to relax while you hear the hummingbirds fly by. A bistro table on the back patio was perfect for dinner. We stayed here the night before the Estes Park Marathon, and it was a convenient location for the 4AM dropoff. RMNP entrance is literally just up the road so it was easy to make an evening drive to spot deer, elk and a moose!

We had a wonderful time here! It is very convenient to visit RMNP. Because it is so close, we also went back in the evening to spot more wildlife, it's only a few minutes drive to the entrance of the park. We really enjoyed the location next to the river, we had lovely picknicks over there. The calming sound is amazing and a perfect start to the day! We found the place more spacious than it looked like on the photo's. Even with the sofa as a bed, there was still enough space. Would definitely recommend this place if you want to visit RMNP! Only few minutes drive from the park, and from Estes Park.

The best most serene time. Pictures do not do it justice! Right next to River, very quiet and lots of wildlife. Condo has everything you need and very comfortable. Highly recommend this quaint spot. Outside of Estes city limits so not as congested.

We had such a great stay at this condo! There is a creek that is right outside the deck and we spent hours relaxing and enjoying the noise of the rushing water and mountain views! The condo was thoroughly stocked with necessities if you want to stay in for meals. There is also a heated outdoor pool which was amazing. We had several elk that were walking right on the property and also deer. The owner was very responsive when we struggled with the TV operation. I highly recommend this place, and cannot wait to return someday soon.

I work in medical field and so does my whole family. I have been practicing western/eastern medicine since 1985 in China and US.

Besides my busy practice, I love traveling, hiking in the summer and fall, snowshoeing in the winter. I am not a professional photographer, but love to take pictures. When you stay in our house, you will see some of my pictures I have taken in RMNP printed out on canvas.

I finished my doctoral program from CIIS with a focus on integrated medicine. I strongly believe our health is a whole health connects with our body, mind and spirit!

Everywhere we travel, we try to stay in airbnb, it makes us feel like we are at home. We can make our own meals that meet our dietary needs, save money and relax after a busy day. Better sleep quality without hotel noise is a plus, we can rejuvenate our energy, preparing for the next day adventures.

We have been living in beautiful Colorado for 30+ years (China is my birth place). Rocky Mountain National Park is truly a hiker's heaven, it becomes our best play ground and best place to connect with Mother Nature, relax our body and soul!

Peaceful setting with a king thick medium firm memory foam bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa with brand new 4.5'' memory foam mattress in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen and brand new clean electric fireplace. Such a wonderful feeling sitting in outdoor patio, enjoying the views, reading your book, having your meal, BBQ while listening to the sound of Fall River, take a walking on riverside pathway or you can fishing right out of your back patio.

Community heated pool, BBQ picnic area are open in the summer.
