We have not had this issue in the past, and it was not brought to our attention during your stay. We were accessible by phone 24 hours a day as well as by email, text, and through the Vrbo communication boards. We did inspect the unit after departure and did not observe any spiders. The room was everything we needed and was perfect for two people! We loved the fireplace and hot tub. It was very quiet because it was the off season. Check in was easy and communication with the host was great. Also, there were plenty of towels!
