This condo is clean, well stocked and in a perfect location. It's minutes from the park entrance and a short drive to downtown. We have a family of 4 that includes two grown teenagers. It was a little cramped, but we made it work and had a great time. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching and listening to the beautiful river that ran right in front of it. I would recommend someone to stay here.

No air conditioning, up stairs condo no elevator, bedroom closet had no door , no hanging rod only hooks to hang clothes on was used as a storage area for condo. Staff was not helpful or friendly. The rug on the tiny balcony was dirty and needed cleaning.Would not stay there again.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your review. We are sorry that you were not happy with your stay. You are correct in that there is no air conditioning. Being over 8000 feet in altitude, the fan provided and an open window or open sliding glass door creates a nice cross breeze. There is no elevator. We wish you would have asked for assistance with your items if this was a problem. I am unsure about your reference of staff not being helpful or friendly. We are often complimented on how accommodating we are for our guests. We don’t want any guest to have a less than satisfactory experience and wish we would have known about your concerns during your stay.

Good overall experience. The balcony could be updated. This condo inside was what we were looking for.

I liked that we could sleep separately from our adult daughter and she had her own bathroom. I wish there had been airconditioning.
We loved it. Great location to be away from things, but close enough to get to dinner each night. We are both world travelers and picky. This was a great experience. I have 2 suggestions. Allow guests to cut through pool when it's closed to go down to creek. Yiu know how people are , amd they will want to get to creek. I was able to climb back up but some people may get down there and not be able to get nack up. Put a sign as to how heavy trash container is. I know they are near proof but it took me by suprise how heavy it really was when I tried to open it.

Laura,
Thank you so much for your feedback! We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay with us during your world travels. We do have a path behind the pool that allows guests to go down to the stream as well as the driveway that heads down to the lower level of the property that is on the river.
This was a great little apartment right by RMNP. It has a balcony that overlooks a small stream, so leaving your patio door open (there's a screen) gives you a wonderful calming sound coming in.
It was quiet during our stay. No noisy other guests and the place was clean and well stocked for bedding/pillows.
The kitchen could use a few more basic items (a second cutting board. some small pyrex, a better chopping/cutting knife) but otherwise I can't really complain.
About the only thing I didn't like was that the foldout bed was incredibly creaky and noisy every time I moved. It didn't bother me, but I imagine it might be noisy for the people on the first floor below (no one ever complained about this though).
There was a super beautiful walking path down by the stream and I noted 23 different kinds of wild flowers within about a 20' length of the trail. Beautiful!
I would hands down stay here again.

I am glad you enjoyed all of the wild flowers on property. We hope to see you again sometime in the future.

The condo was in a great location and the property was very nice. The check in process was very easy as well. My only complaint is the accuracy of the listing, there is only laundry services available from 9am-5pm with multiple inconsistent reasons for this which is mainly due to the convenience of the staff and not the convenience of their customers. The front desk staff were rude once this was realized and very sarcastic in their responses to my concerns. My question was is which travelers wants to do laundry only between those hours when you are there to see RMNP during g those hours with timed entry tickets. It ruined our time that we were supposed to be enjoying the park. None of those laundry hours details were on my check in documents as well. We were at the end of our 14 days trip and had to spend over 3 hours at a laundry mat and more money than needed to get our laundry done. After reaching out to the host, I am still dis satisfied with their “resolution” to their poor communication and front desk demeanor which was not customer service focused. Out of a 14 day trip with lots of locations that we stayed, this one had the worst customer service and was one of the most expensive places we stayed. I wouldn’t return due to the fact of their terrible attitudes.

We apologize for the concerns you had regarding our public laundry. We have evaluated the situation and took action to create a new system for using the public laundry facilities. We have also added additional information in guest Welcome Packets. I am sorry that the laundry experience tainted your stay with us. I am glad we could work out a compensation for some of your additional laundry costs.

We had the BEST Christmas. Beautiful hiking weather, elk in the yard each morning, deck overlooking the river, snowfall and a little slope for sledding. Couldn’t have been better!
Single room with couch sleeper and kitchen. Great layout with separate entrance to room. Well equipped with fireplace. Only stayed 3 days and thoroughly enjoyed it.
We had a very needed relaxing vacation. Our view from the balcony was beautiful with the Aspens changing colors and saw a herd of elk on the side of the mountain. We were there for the Elk Festival which we enjoyed. Close to shopping, Rocky Mountain entrance up the road from us, Lily Lake about a 40 minute drive, plenty to do or just relax and take it all in. We will be back
Fairly nice property, it is very dated. No AC in the rooms. Very narrow stairway to get up to the room. The balcony is very old and not very sturdy or safe. Otherwise a decent place to stay.
everything was great. comfortable, clean. only thing missing from kitchen was some tupperware to refrigerate leftovers from cooking. accessible yo town and park.
