I’m from Philadelphia as a kid I spent my summers visiting the Poconos where my family would swim, hike, and enjoy time together in front of a campfire. When I had the chance I purchased my property and it quickly became my happy place. I wanted to share that experience with others in the hopes that they could have the same types of experiences that have become great family memories. Why they chose this property
We Chose our neighborhood because the amenities and the property size and location. We have almost an acre and a half lot that backs onto a community park which means we are a bit more secluded. The community has a pool and splash pad in the summer and an indoor pool in the winter and when it snows there is a sledding hill right next to the indoor pool.
What makes this property unique
What I believe makes my property special is the size of the house and lot it is the 3k square foot house on almost an acre and a half that is a bit more secluded since we don’t have houses right next to us.
