Relax and enjoy

The views are great. Town house was clean a few minor issues addressed with the management team. If you are older you need to know there are a number of stairs to go up and down each day but the place is very nice with plenty of room for everyone and the private beach was great. A great place to relax and enjoy beutiful Navarre beach.

Family vaca

Everything was wonderful and the views spectacular. Lots of room for everyone and beach toys a plus. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only issue was we had to buy few things- only left 1 trash bag, and we didnt have any extra toilet paper. Also it would have been great to have a few more towels. But other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Beachfront Getaway

This is the second time that our family has stayed in this condo. We love the area, the beach is always amazing, and the condo is an easy place to stay--close to everything and yet not in the middle of the crowds at the high-rises. The owners have kept up with maintenance, which is not always the case with beachfront properties, and it's well-furnished with most things that you would need. We especially appreciated the paddle board, which our adult kids really enjoyed. Five out of five stars, would stay here again.

Great location, entire family loved the place. Kitchen is well stocked for any family dinners. Could use a new mattress in the master bedroom and would make a requirement that all male dogs have to wear a belly band, the master bedroom couch has a strong dog urine odor.

The condo was nice and roomy. If your looking for private setting this is not for you. The other guest have a clear view into your deck and house. It makes you uncomfortable when sitting out there. We had to do laundry constantly because the lack of towels. We eventually bought our own so we had enough. The kitchen wasn't stocked very well, we bought a couple pans to cook breakfast and dinner. We kept getting messages about smoking on the decks but there was only 1 smoker in our party he stopped after the first message. Its listed to not smoke in the house but doesn't mention the deck. While we clearly saw the neighbors smoking because the decks are not private. We had to take the trash to a local dumpster in navarre because the trash cans were completely full from the last guest and not taken out before we arrived, the host told us we had to deal with that because trash day was the day we were leaving. A week with driving trash around was not fun (im glad i had a truck) but we made sure the next guest didn't have to deal with that. If I found a place we could dump trash why couldn't they come get at least 1 trash can and empty it for us. The deck and beach walkway had screws sticking out all over. My daughter cut her foot on one, that's how we found them. Lots of maintenance needed on the decks. The listing said only 2 dogs allowed but the neighbor had 3 very loud dogs. Luckily we only had to deal with that for 3 days because we were checking out.

Could be lovely with maintenance

This townhouse was very nice however, it could use some maintenance and updating. We could not get in at check in time because the managers were putting a new bed in one of the bedrooms. The other problems were a broken oven, the Wi-Fi in the building did not work most of the time and there were roaches, especially in the kitchen. If they could maintain this townhouse, it would be really nice. It's in a great location on the beach and away from the high rise condominiums.

Elvira we appreciate your review. A 4pm check in was available, we just let the guest know we were updating the room with a new bed so they would be informed of what was going on. We try to stay in touch and have good communication with our guests. The oven was having issues. We promptly let the guest know that a new oven was already on order and would be installed as soon as possible. The internet provider was having issues in the area. We still had a technician come out and check on it and update the modem to help receive the best service available. We also regularly have pest control come out monthly to control any pests that might try to come into the home. We provide 5-star cleaning and sanitation to make sure there is nothing to to entice unwanted bugs to come in. We strive for customer satisfaction and want our guests to have the best possible time they can. We have great communication and are available at all times to address any problems or concerns. Again we appreciate your review and will take all your comments into consideration in making everyone's stay the best it can be.

Beautiful location, room for everyone. Would recommend updating mattresses for greater comfort, but did not affect our vacation. Would recommend to families, stairs may be difficult for some. Lovely beach home, would book again.

Master bedroom was great. Upper bedroom great, but the lower bedroom had a taco mattress. We had nine adults so we had to purchase some bath towels. We cooked daily and gathered around the beautiful large dinner table. The decor was very tasteful. Our 85 year old grandma loved the privacy of the lower deck. There is a path across the street that leads to a great area to walk your dog. We so enjoyed our time in this condo(much bigger on the inside then the pictures).

Great family vacation

This was our first trip to Navarre Beach. The townhome was perfect for us. We had 6 adults, one 17 year old and a one year old. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out in the den, although there was one piece of furniture missing. We loved that there was plenty of room to park our 3 vehicles, and there were 3 trash bins to hold our trash for the week. My husband and I especially loved the big master bedroom with a huge walk-in closet and our very own mini refrigerator!! It also had a couch and recliner. We all loved that we could walk right off of our back porch deck onto the walkway over the dunes to the private beach. It was so nice not to be crowded on the beach. This was the best place we’ve stayed in a long time. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!!

We spent a week here & absolutely loved it! It is by far probably my favorite vrbo we've stayed in and I will be back next year if our dates are available. Highly recommend. Communication was great, house was clean and had everything we needed, great location and very easy access to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the air worked great! This is a great property for larger families as well because the upstairs is huge with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths washer/dryer, beautiful balcony with gorgeous views so you can have your own privacy if needed. Okay stay

First of all, listing is not accurate. The pictures show the bunk room with 2 different bed coverings which make it look like it’s a 4 bedroom unit. The listing also said it was 4 bathrooms but actually only 3. The listing says sleeps 12, but actually should be 8-10. The unit itself is dated and needs some TLC. The unit was not cleaned well at all and needs a detailed cleaning. On a positive note, the Master Bedroom and bathroom was spacious and comfortable and we loved the beach and being with family.
