Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $1000 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
Parking Details: - Parking available for up to 5 cars on-site.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

The elevator was enjoyed and very handy. Great location to beach yet still secluded. Great spaces in house. The outside porches are large and nicely furnished. All guest enjoyed the house and the location.

The beginning of the week was cooler. But second half was beautiful. The house had ample space so everyone had privacy, as well as great space to gather.

This home exceeded our expectations! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable fit for our group of 8 adults 3 kids. We loved the back enclosed porch and spent lots of morning hours there - the location is just 1 1/2 blocks from the beach in a very charming neighborhood and short drive from Charleston as well as neighboring Sullivan's Island. We really enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this home!
Vacation house was perfect for our group of 9 - plenty of bedrooms- each with its own bathroom- beautiful screen-in porch with plenty of room for us to spread out- great location - just a very short walk from the beach - owner Hugh very hospitable & responsive to our requests- all in all a great value & would definitely try & book again if we travel back to Charleston area
We had such a wonderful weekend staying at this property! It was close by to the beach and restaurants. Would highly recommend coming here for a vacation.
We were looking for a house for 10 adults to celebrate Memorial Day weekend, and we found a great one. Convenient location - two minute walk to the beach, and very close to Wild Dunes and the marina - yet off the main Palm Blvd heavy traffic street. Beds were all super comfortable, and kitchen / den area on main floor was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, and two refrigerators and two washer/dryers made our stay really easy. Thanks for an awesome stay!!!

The property is a quick walk to a lovely, quiet beach. The home suited our family very well and the amenities are as described. The host was very quick to respond to questions and it was very clean upon arrival.
