Cozy beach getaway just 1 block from beach! Close to great restaurants & lots to do in OB. Truly the most amazing location! See & hear the sounds of ocean which is steps from the front door! Yet far enough that you won’t be overwhelmed w/ noise. Walk, scooter, bicycle, few blocks to Newport Ave, OB`s main street.

Ocean Beach is a funky little unpretentious town, with colorful locals. This is the perfect spot to experience San Diego without any stress. It is a one of a kind, relaxed, non-touristy community. We are a 10-minute drive from San Diego International Airport and Sea World, 15 minutes from Downtown San Diego and the SD Zoo.
We believe our cottage is on the best block in Ocean Beach. The apartment is just steps to the sand!
Our goal is to make your getaway very special and memorable.
Cozy living room with a comfortable couch to relax and watch tv after a day at the beach. Small grill on the patio in the back. All amenities included! Unit is small, it has 650 sq. ft.

Uber and Lyft is the best way to get around other than the bird and lime bikes that are around these days
The Pacific Ocean is right outside your door!! Walk barefoot to the beach every day, enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the deck.
Being so close to the airport, you will hear planes taking off. They start around 6:30 am and stop at about 11 pm.
Dog beach is across the street - so this is a very pet and dog friendly area. Sights, sounds, smells are all included.

`My People`. Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any.
NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
This is a dog-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don`t like dogs, this might not be a good fit.
Pet Policy:
-Only one adult dog allowed (up to 20lbs) per stay
-Dog must be house trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture
-Pet fee: $100 non refundable
-Guests assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pets during the stay

Late Checkout Policy
Guests must check out by the designated checkout time specified in the rental agreement. Late checkouts without prior approval will incur fees to cover costs including, but not limited to, waiting times for cleaning crews, canceled or delayed cleaning appointments, hardships on arriving guests (e.g., delayed check-ins or compensation), additional wear and tear on the property, and increased utility usage (e.g., electricity, water, or HVAC). The fees, based on the duration past the checkout time, are as follows:
• Less than 1 hour: 10% of the nightly rate or $100, whichever is greater.
• 1-2 hours: 15% of the nightly rate or $250, whichever is greater.
• More than 2 hours: Full nightly rate.
To avoid fees, guests are encouraged to coordinate with us in advance for late checkout requests. Approved late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as agreed upon. These fees are designed to compensate for disruptions to property turnover and operational costs, and we will provide documentation (e.g., cleaning schedules, guest complaints) upon request to ensure transparency.

Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition, consistent with normal use. Any cleaning required beyond what is considered normal or reasonable, as determined by the property management, will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100 per hour. This fee covers costs such as extended cleaning times or specialized cleaning needs. Examples of excessive cleaning needs include, but are not limited to, excessive trash, stains or spills requiring professional treatment, pet hair in non-pet-friendly units, or other conditions requiring significant labor. We will make every effort to accurately reflect the additional work needed and the time required to complete it, providing documentation (e.g., photos, cleaning logs) upon request to ensure transparency.
Important Fee Disclosure for Long-Term Stays (30+ Days):
Should this property be reserved for 28 days or more, we reserve the right to apply additional monthly fees to cover certain ongoing expenses (eg utilities) not included in the standard nightly rate.
These may include, but are not limited to:
• Gas and electricity
• Water and sewer
• Trash and recycling
• Internet and streaming services
• Other utility or maintenance surcharges applicable to the home which will be known prior to the time of booking
These fees may be assessed as either:
• A flat monthly fee, or
• A fee calculated as up to 5% of the monthly rent.
Such fees may be collected directly through the Airbnb platform or invoiced separately as permitted by Airbnb policy. For estimation purposes, please assume an additional fee equal to 5% of the monthly rent unless otherwise specified in advance.

Occupant is notified that the Property may be located in an area susceptible to fire, and as such Occupant agrees all conform with all applicable fire codes of any governmental authority, and ensure safe and reasonable use, management, and extinguishment of any fire places, bbq`s, smoking (if permitted), fire pits and any other device or act involving the risk of fire. In the event Occupant discovers any fire related safety issues, Occupant shall immediately inform Manager and cease and desist immediately from undertaking, or continuing usage until inspection, remediation (if necessary) and written approval by Manager that use is permitted. Flammable substances and solids, such as gasoline, benzene, naphtha, cleaning fluids, explosives, and fireworks may not be used or stored on the Property. Lighted candles, incense, kerosene lamps, halogen lamps and tenant installed electric heaters may not be used in the Property. ALL COOKING MUST BE CONFINED TO DESIGNATED COOKING AREAS. Use of electrical appliances not provided with the Property, such as hot plates, heating coils, coffeepots, popcorn poppers, electric frying pans, toaster ovens, irons, and electric heaters are prohibited. Storage or placement of any items (including trash, bicycles, boxes, furniture, etc.) in public areas such as corridors, stairwells, or balconies is prohibited. Any and All decorations used in the Property shall be flameproof or fire resistant materials. Any additional lighting (i.e. Christmas lights) must be Management approved with proper installation and approved. No lights may be strung from any pipes or fire/safety equipment. Any violation of the above fire prevention regulations may be subject to fine and/or termination and removal of the Occupant from the Property.
