Everything was just as the pictures described. The pool was beautiful and there were even floats and tubes waiting for our grandchildren. The kitchen was very well appointed from cooking hot dogs on the grill to making a full 4 course meal. Lots of seating area for eating both inside and outside. Everything about the house was conducive to a 3 generation vacationing family. I would definitely rent again.

Troy an amazing house with the perfect location so that we could bike to South Beach, Harbourtown, and the beach club. We also love that we could have our dog with us and the rental agency was fantastic.

The house needs a thorough cleaning as it's clear that it is busy season and transitioning quickly each Saturday. It was surface clean but didn't really feel clean - had a smell in some rooms. But overall, we loved it, and it was perfect for us.

Wonderful Stay in Sea Pines

We enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location. The house had a well-stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed the sun porch and pool area. We plan to return again.

The size of the master shower was wonderful, but it could have used a corner seat for a senior like myself. I have been vacationing in Hilton Head Island for many years renting houses, but this was the first house that did not provide pool towels. The pool was great.

Great vacation home

Was very easy process. We enjoyed our stay- 2 sets of grandparents and two grandchildren. Lots of room. Pool was exceptional.

Sea Pines

We had a great week at this property. We were there during the RBC heritage golf tournament and it worked out great. The house was spotless and loved the location. The house was very spacious and was just as described. We definitely recommend this house and would stay again if we come back for another visit.

Peaceful week in Hilton Head

Great house for families and dogs. We traveled with our daughter and our two dogs. The property worked out very nicely for our stay. The house is clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are updated as well as laundry room. The pool is very nice on a sunny day.

A Perfect Welcome to Summer

Our stay was delightful. The layout of the house was perfect for two families with wonderful gathering spaces for chats and activities. The pool was a great addition as back and knee injuries kept us away from the beach but allowed us to rest and enjoy the pool. We look forward to next year!

Absolutely beautiful!

We loved our stay at this property! The house was beautifully appointed, very spacious and very clean! We had more than enough room for our two families (4 adults and 5 children). The pool was a huge hit and we loved having coffee and playing games in the Carolina room. The location was great too! Great neighborhood and we biked pretty much everywhere. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great property in the heart of the Sea Lines Resort.

From the start everything was easy. The property manager was very communicative, the property was as advertised, and the check-in/out process was seamless. Pool was a great feature and fun to come home to after a day at the beach. Really enjoyed the added VayK beach rental credit. Overall excellent stay and we enjoyed our time on HHI.

Sea Pines Oasis

The house is fantastic and beautiful. The location in Sea Pines is absolutely perfect (so many great activities and restaurants and shops), the pool is beautiful, and the beach is a quick trip. We used their suggestions to rent a crib and beach gear and both were awesome. The AC broke briefly and the property manager came over within minutes and had it fixed within one hour!

Fabulous house

The house was even better in person than online. It had a well appointed kitchen which was perfect for cooking and hosting Thanksgiving dinner. There was more than enough room for our 2 families (7 people total), and it was very clean and very nicely furnished. We rented bikes so we could easily get to the beach, to Harbor Town, Sea Pines Center, etc. I highly recommend this property.

We loved the house! I wish we had been informed that there would be construction going on 8:30am-5:00pm every single day - both across the street and directly next door. The construction created non stop noise of hammering & saws.
