Soak up the sun in this 2bed/2.5 bath each chic Cottage that sleeps 8. This house is located in the exclusive Village of Tannin on the shores of Orange Beach, AL. Fill your days with sand, the sounds of waves, sun, and tons of nearby shops and attractions. Enjoy unbeatable PRIVACY, PLUS all the amenities a beach vacation should include.
The house includes a King Bed with ensuite bathroom, 2 Full Beds also with en suite bathroom, a Full Size Sofa Bed and half bath downstairs.


The house includes a community pool right outside of your patio as well as a second neighborhood pool. Take a 1-2 minute walk to the beach down the Private Deeded Beach Access road as it opens up to the Village’s Private Beach Area.

The 2nd community pool down the neighborhood street is accessible with a code. Please ask owner for code upon arrival if desired.

This house has everything you could need for the beach and more to sleep 8 guests comfortably. We keep the house stocked with beach necessities like a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and beach toys. You will need to bring your own beach towels. All you need to do is pack up, show up, and relax…and maybe pack a sandwich or two.

Additional features include a stocked kitchen, with a Regular coffee pot, toaster, blender, kettle, and full set of pots, pans, and dishes/cups/silverware.
High speed wifi is available throughout and there is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer.

Rinse off from a long day at the beach at the house's private outdoor shower.

Sit on the porch overlooking the pool with refreshments while watching the kids play in the water. Plus...you never know when the Blue Angels may fly over.

Enjoy a ride around the Village or into the Hugh Brandon Country trail on beach bikes.

Enjoy the beautiful private beach access solely for Tannin's members & guests on the shores of Orange Beach or take a walk down the private boardwalk into Gulf State Park and walk or bike the dune trails, take in the sights and sounds of the park, and even fish in the nearby waters.

If you are looking to take a day off from the sun and sand, fill your day with attractions just minutes away, such as the famous Florabama, The Wharf, or bring the kids to Adventure Island or OWA Park.
