About this property

Modern Condo a few steps from sandy beach and resorts

This stylish, modern condo was recently renovated. Literally a two minute walk from the world famous Cable Beach. 5 minute drive from International Airport. A 10 minute drive to Downtown Nassau. The condo is in an upper middle class neighborhood that is super safe with friendly neighbors and an active HOA and community watch. Our home is beautifully decorated with all of the modern amenities including multi-lingual cable television and Netflix. All of the safety features including exterior cameras and alarm system as well as Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors. We are also near grocery stores, mega resort Baha Mar and some of the best restaurants on the island. A must stay to fully appreciate!

The best experience ever!

The house was in perfect location, away from tourists and right across from a gorgeous beach.There is a buss spot nearby,the famous poop deck is within a walking distance.I loved everything about it.

Great location and great value!

The place was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Everything was provided for us. We were located approximately equal distance from the east and west ends of the island. We rented some scooters to take advantage of the island’s many attractions. If we could make one small suggestion it would be to provide some inexpensive bicycles to get around.

The condo is in a safe residential area. Very close to the beach-we walked less than 5 minutes several times a day. Great beach that isn’t crowded. Place was clean. There were no dressers so really never unpacked. Was able to hang a few things but with 4 of us there weren’t enough hangers. Not the end of the world but would be nice if a shelf were put in the closet or something. Some cabinet doors in the kitchen could be fixed as well as one closet door but no complaints otherwise.

Terrible Smell

There were cockroaches on the walls/no sheets on one bed/ no toilet paper in two bedrooms. The whole place smelled of urine and mold. I left a day early. I messaged them about the situation and they never responded.

Hi Todd We answered when we saw the message but never got to what you were smelling nor saw any roaches. We got the place inspected and treated by a pest control company and they found nothing as well. I’m sorry you had a terrible stay. We are willing to discount any future stays due to your experience.

Great Condo

My friends and I really enjoyed this place as it was clean and spacious and perfect for 4 adults. Although it is technically a 2-minute walk to Cable Beach, we found the closest beach area for tanning/swimming was quite small as we were expecting a long stretch of beach with public access. The public access to good stretches of beach was quite further than we thought. However, it was close to some great restaurants and an amazing cocktail bar, Bon Vivant. The neighborhood was also very quiet, which is nice. We found that there were a few essentials that hadn't been stocked, such as laundry detergent or shower gel, which we had to end up buying. Otherwise we were very happy with our overall stay and the place itself is a very nice modern renovation; it was easy to feel at home there! Our host was always easy to contact and very helpful and knowledgeable if we ever needed anything. We greatly appreciated it!
