Beautifully finished condo, “Las Palomas Cordoba 302”, perfect for a romantic or family getaway with 1 master bedroom with a king bed plus another bedroom with a bunk bed (queen on bottom with a twin above) as well as a pullout sleeper sofa. Just steps away from the refreshing pools or the beach. Las Palomas occupancy rules allow for 4, but you can add buy one additional. More pictures are available on our Facebook page.

70th birthday party

The room was great check in was really slow, we didn’t have a television all weekend and the staff could not accommodate or didn’t communicate with us. Upset we didn’t get a discount for that. Put it at an act of god, which was not our fault

Rocky point trip

Great view the unit was clean. I had to switch dates and the owner was very accommodating. We had another great trip to Rocky point. The only negative was the fan in the master bedroom didn’t work. We would still stay there again.

Great condo for family on Sandy Beach

The condo is just as described and worked well for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children). The bathroom can be accessed from the master or the hallway making it easy to share. The third floor location in the Cordoba building also made it easy to access without needing to take the elevator. The location is on Sandy Beach where kids can play in the sand and explore the tide pools in the morning. A few things to note - check in at las Palomas tends to run slow which is outside of the owners control. Even if you have the app. Get the wrist band and enjoy the facilities. - If you plan to cook bring your own condiments otherwise there are lots of pots, pans, dishes available. -bring inflatables to use at the lazy river -though the condo is in Phase 2 you can still use the pool and amenities in Phase 1 of las Palomas -the EV chargers are 220 volt outlets (located in the lower level basement of Cordoba just as you enter to the right). You need to bring your own mobile connector to charge since you only have an outlet on the wall. -even though the resort is popular it is relatively quiet from the bedrooms

Great location and view

Checking in process was easy everything was ready to go. Just a few quick signatures and we were off to relaxation. Would highly recommend getting the chargeable wristbands. Makes it easier while on property vs carrying cash. Room had a great view all day and night. Evertlyrhing that's was need was available. Sharing 1 bathroom was an adventure but the 2 access doors helped out. Deffinelty will return .
