A beautifully appointed first floor to enjoy with family or friends.
- Kitchen open to a living room and dining room
- Bright living space, facing south
- Fireplace
WARNING: brand new swimming pool! Garden under construction.


Upstairs, the sleeping area is organized around:
- two bedrooms (1 bedroom with a single bed, 1 bedroom with the possibility of converting into 2 single beds or 1 double bed) sharing a bathroom accessible from the landing (with bathtub)
- and a master suite (bedroom and private shower).
