Great location and resort amenities!

The property was perfect for put little family of three. The access to the pool and beach was fantastic. The “child bed” advertised wasn’t obvious, but we set the kiddo up on the sofa and she was happy. Some of the linens and sheets were a little worn and shabby, but overall place was great.

Breathtaking views and almost private swimming pool , plus resort amenities, the Zoetry hotel is beautiful and we got to use their swimming pools along with service at bar, restaurant. Very safe and relaxing.will definitely stay over again.the communication with the owner was excellent.

This was the perfect first stop for us on our trip to BCS. If you’re looking for somewhere clean with all the amenities needed, this is the perfect place for you! 10/10 would stay again!

Great Condo on Super Property

Patti was a super host. Fast to respond and helpful, her condo was as described and comfortable. We had the pool to ourselves. The place was private, with a lovely view across the manicured property to the ocean. The property staff are very friendly and helpful. Ideal to have a car although Uber works well. Would return again!

Incredible Stay & Excellent Host

My sister & I rented Patti’s condo to attend a wedding at the Zoetry hotel. The condo was on same resort property, and couldn’t have been more ideal for us! We walked to the pool and beach everyday, and over to the hotel for each wedding festivity, and often got picked up by a golf cart on the way to escort us. We were greeted upon arrival and everywhere we went, by the resort security and staff. We felt incredibly safe and enjoyed flawless ease of access. Patti was the most gracious host, communicating with us every step of the way upon booking — answered any questions we had about the condo/property, and even recommended car services to pick us up from the airport. We had the most incredible/memorable stay and can’t wait to stay at Patti’s condo from now on when we visit Cabo. Five stars across the board! Many thanks, Patti!!!

Casa del Mar

It’s located between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. The condo was perfect for our family of three. It’s very quiet. The beach is beautiful and very clean. The ocean is not swimmable for those that are not experienced. We chose to swim at the pool and play in the sand. Our daughter loved all the pools. You have access to the amenities at the Zoetry for a cost. The staff at the resort where helpful and friendly. Patricia was quick to respond to all requests.

Perfect Anniversary Trip! Can’t wait to be back.

Beautiful! It was our first time in Cabo and we absolutely loved Casa Del Mar/Zoetry. It was the perfect vibe for us—quiet and relaxing. Patti’s condo is lovely. Very clean and comfortable with views of the sea. It is located further back and up, so you do hear some noise from the highway, but we liked the view it gave us and enjoyed having a reason to walk a little more. The entire property is so gorgeous. And Patti was helpful with any questions we had. She takes good care of you! Guests can use all of the amenities, restaurants, pools etc. You just pay for your food and drinks. (Or you can purchase a day pass for 140/pp for unlimited food/drink.) We enjoyed all the restaurants and the staff were all fantastic. Patti suggested renting a car, which was helpful to explore different areas around Los Cabos like the marina/downtown Cabo, San Jose (Flora Farms was wonderful), and groceries from Fresko up the road. There are a few “swimmable” beaches nearby. One is within walking distance. “Swimmable” means that it’s very calm and protected, esp for kids. But I swam everyday right in front of Casa Del Mar and loved it. Use good judgment and pay attention to the flags. Several mornings the whales were playing right on the beach—SO close and incredible! We also got massages on the beach next door (between Casa Del Mar and Dreams). It’s a tent not connected to any property and you just show up. They were some of the best we’ve had and inexpensive! The condo was great! Patti was a great host and she communicated with us very well. The condo had everything we wanted. Great views and spacious for a one bedroom. The access to Zoetry hotel was great and the Pickleball courts were close and very nice. We sat on the deck and watched the sunset and the whales breaching. Great trip and great place! We will return!

Great escape.

A gorgeous retreat -everything is perfect!

Beautiful and meticulously decorated, this condo has the best view, a pool right off the patio and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Patti is wonderful and has thought of everything to make your stay relaxing. The condo is connected to a luxury resort and the amenities are super including excellent dining, a luxurious spa, and the beach is one of the best. We will definitely be back !
