This place is on the small side but worked really well for my wife and I. Literally walk across the street and you're on the beach. Great location (walking distance) to lots of shops and restaurants.

My daughter and Son-in-Law really enjoyed their stay, having the fenced in yard was nice for my grandson to run around in and the cottage was clean and decorated nicely, Wiĺl book again from this host

Obviously the location is the main reason to stay. Kitchen fully equipped. Very nice updated bathroom. Comfortable twin bunk beds. Plenty of space for a nice sized family. I think the description of the property needs updated for complete accuracy. The unit is in the rear of the property which the pictures don’t show. Also, it is a bottom floor unit. While the upstairs unit is occupied, the loud stomping was very disrupting if you need a good nights sleep.

We drove in for a wedding ,very cute for a one night stay , clean but the smell of bleach was a little much so we opened up the door for a little bit . Also is a quiet area which was perfect! Would definitely stay again if needed 😊

Nice 2 bedroom steps from the beach. Owner was communicative and check-in/out was very easy. Unit was pretty basic but suited our group of two adults and two teen boys just fine!

The property was very clean and updated. The beds were comfortable too. We really only needed a place to stay and did not have to use the kitchen but it was clean and had dishes/glasses. We were able to walk to the shops and dinner and the beach was across the street. We even were close enough to walk to Leffis Key Preserve. Great place, would stay there again
