We didn't have the opportunity to meet Maggie, but Chuck was the best host ever. He went above and beyond (believe me) to make sure our stay was excellent. The balcony and view of the ocean was perfect, starting and ending our day in the best way.

September 2026. I had done my homework and read the reviews before I booked. The Condo lived up to all our expectations. Communications from the hosts were spot on and it made the check-in soooo easy. The Condo is spotless and is in an ideal location. It had everything we needed and the views were stunning. Pool area was absolutely ideal and a stone’s throw from the Ocean. I’m giving it 10/10 .

We had a wonderful time. The ocean view from the balcony is amazing. The unit was clean and appeared to be well cared for. The beach was easy to get to along with a few pool options. Within walking distance of several restaurants/shopping and attractions. The hosts were very responsive to questions. Those with small children should avoid Memorial weekend/Bike week. Although everyone was kind and considerate, it was a bit congested on the streets. Overall my family had a wonderful stay and would certainly return.

Excellent spot

This was great for a family of four! Beds are comfortable, it’s quiet and you can’t beat the view! Laundry machines onsite were nice to have as well. The timing was bad due to jellyfish hatching but we enjoyed a lot of other fun nearby activities.

If anything the pictures do not fully describe this beautiful property - its better. The apartment is spotless with lots of towels and thoughtful items like Keurig cups for a coffee. Charles and Maggie are hosts who not only communicate with you, entry codes, helpful pictures etc. but when I had an issue with parking they went above and beyond. They really know how to make a difference.

North Myrtle Beach Stay

Accommodations and amenities were as advertised. Property conveniently located to groceries, and some restaurants. We rarely drove anywhere. One very minor issue with the entrance door to the unit, but the owner was quick to assist and rectify the situation.I would recommend the unit for others.

Charles & Maggie made our stay here in their Penthouse easy from check-in to check-out. Communication with them was a breeze. We had one minor issue when we arrived - bathroom 2 shower head holder was broken. I reached out via message through VRBO app, and within minutes they replied asking if they can have maintenance come up. Within 30 minutes of my initial message to them, the man was at our door with a whole new shower head and had it replaced in minutes. The condo was clean as show in their photos. I explained to Charles & Maggie that we have a 10 month old who puts anything he finds in his mouth, and if there was anyway we could have a broom/vacuum. They provided both of those, even given my request being on day of check-in. We had a great experience here, and we will consider staying here next year during our annual Myrtle Beach getaway!
