Great property. Booked it for me and 8 friends for a bachelor trip and it was great. Distance to Broadway is amazing. House was amazing. Beds were by far the most comfortable I have ever had in a rental. Would 10/10 recommend. Will be back one day.

I cannot recommend this property enough! The host was so accommodating, we even had to change our dates & they did everything they could to help us!! And the house……Everything was perfect, The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need & the entire house was beautiful! It was close enough to Broadway that Ubers were so affordable & the backyard was stocked with games for us all to play. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The home is very nice, and spacious. Big issue was late check in time especially coming from out of state, I was in contact with the host in regards to early check in and was told that they would let me know when the house was cleaned and I did not get any contact until exactly 4

Beautiful house! Great location and quaint neighborhood. Love the screened in patio. House was perfect for us as we were traveling with our dog. The fenced in yard and close proximity to a park was perfect. Quick uber to Broadway and we loved the Germantown area too.

This home is located in a neighborhood where homes are being renovated.This home is very roomy and furnished well.The yard and porch need TLC.We liked the outdoor table and tv area. Nice grill.Parking is behind the house up a very narrow and congested drive. There is no garage, which is shown in the picture?? . Short parking area- but can fit 3 cars across.Uber was best way to go to Broadway-10!!The Trolley tour bus can be picked up within a short walk of the house.53 each.Hop on hop off all day ticket.Host was very accommodating and even sent us fans and ice as the fridge ice was frozen. Portable fans to be used on enclosed back porch- no ceiling fans.We came with two other couples and we had a great time. We would book again.
