Meticulously maintained residence with third floor suite, with two walk-in closets, spacious spa-style bathroom featuring double sinks, and large balcony with water views. Office/loft space with trundle bed to accommodate 2 extra guests. Main level offers two bedrooms, one bath, custom kitchen, and dining and living room with vaulted Cypress plank ceilings. Substantial waterside screened patio that wraps around the entire 2nd floor. Additional rooms on ground floor which includes 2 bedrooms and one full bath. Featuring a brand new in-ground spa-style saltwater pool with putting green on the side. Also features metal roof, small barbeque and covered patio. A lovely home dubbed 'Banana Republic'.

Wonderful property and hostess

My wife and I stayed the month of March and our children and grandchildren visited for a week or so. The property was perfect for our family group. Everything is first rate and my wife, who enjoys cooking, really liked the very well-equipped kitchen (for a rental, very complete). Great location, great private beach, nice pool. Everything is as nice in real life (or nicer) than the pics and description. We had a couple of minor appliance issues that came up but Cristy was super responsive and helpful. Things happen. What more can you ask of someone than to respond quickly and in a helpful manner which our hostess did. That is why the property is so nice because of the quality of the host. Our only disappointment was we could not immediately book for next year as it was already taken. Oh well. We will get it again lol
