Great host first of all. Teresa is very attentive and engaged. The home is very organized for you to slip right into an active lifestyle and not have to overthink where things are or how you are going to accomplish your domestic tasks. The location is great for both food shopping and very close to many hiking trails, which is what brought me to the Springs.

The house is adorable! The host is friendly & quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I was amazed at how many extras were there for our needs, more than any other air B&B I have ever stayed in.The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, & body wash but they also had lotion, ear swabs, cotton balls, face cleaning pads, even feminine products.The kitchen had just about any small appliances, cooking utensils you will need plus cooking oil, flour, sugar, salt, pepper, seasoning, condiments and more.I not only would recommend this place but will definitely stay here again anytime I am back in Colorado Springs which should be plenty considering my son just moved here.5 stars across the board *****

The owner was great about communicating. She gave a couple of ideas for nearby activities and we did enjoy them. Very quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed was there and grocery store was within walking distance. Neighbors were friendly.

The house is very charming and the host has thought of extra touches that make it feel welcoming such as coffee, tea, cream & sugar, etc. The kitchen cabinets and drawers are well marked.

Wonderful!

We had a family reunion in Colorado Springs and stayed in the Ivywild Bungalow that’s near where are family lives. It was wonderful staying in such a historical neighborhood and the home itself is a real treat! I’ll book it again when we come back!

Great Place for a Quiet Getaway

The bungalow is so cozy. In a nice quiet neighborhood. Teresa is an excellent host. She made sure the property was ready on time and checked on us once we checked in to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location in Ivywild

Checking in and getting settled was really easy. Everything was super clean. This house had everything we wanted except washer and dryer but it is close to a laundromat.
