Great for families

Our family of 5 stayed here for a week and it was perfect. Just a short drive to the beautiful beaches and the neighborhood was perfect for kids.

Great Place!

Home was very clean, with new or newer fixtures & appliances throughout. Really appreciate having access to the Garage. Pool was a fantastic place to finish a hard day. Everything we needed was there for us. Location is very convenient & neighborhood is very nice. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Enjoyed the Florida life from the introduction with Harold, the friendly and helpful property manager, to the well stocked kitchen and appliances, the warm pool, the fish, manatee, and dolphin at the dock, and to the comfy beds.

Wonderful Home with Amazing Waterfront Views!

The house is located on a quiet street and offers some spectacular views of the lake. The home is open, airy and spacious and offered lots of space for us parents to relax in peace in quiet on one side of the house while the kids occupied the other side. The heated pool was amazing and we enjoyed most nights dining outdoors in the lanai. The home is well equipped and well maintained. We are looking forward to our return!

Absolutely Amazing!!

We had an absolutely amazing vacation! I cant imagine a more perfect house. The house was EXACTLY as pictured and described and even more. The pictures really can not capture the true beauty. The pool is spectacular and so relaxing. To sit out at night on the patio without mosquitoes was amazing. We spent most of our time there and at night you can hear the fish jumping in the canal. The view is breathtaking and the dock is the perfect spot to capture it all. The owner takes great pride in the house with top of the line appliances and furnishings. The beds are extremely comfortable. No need to bring any towels including beach towels because there are an abundance of quality(Ralph Lauren) towels. Fort Myers and Sanibel beaches within 25 minute drive! We will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you for making this the perfect 1st visit to the Gulf Coast and for letting your house be a part of our wonderful memories!!!
