The location and unit was a great fit for our family and we very much enjoyed our stay in Paris. Our host Julien was exceptional and his communication was outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The apartment is very nicely updated. The beds are super comfy. It is stocked with the amenities you need when on vacation. The washer/dryer was a great addition and the host provided laundry sheets - very nice. It is situated very close to the M4 metro line, lots of restaurants and shopping. The downside - we had 5 people and ran out of hot water daily. That was a bit of a bummer. I specifically selected this apartment due to the 2.5 bathrooms. In America that would be 3 toilets. There was only 1. But - in re-reading the description, it never said 3 toilets. I assumed two bathrooms plus a half bath equaled 3 toilets. We managed fine. Overall the apartment worked well for our needs and I would stay again.

Washer/dryer combo was not very clear even with with the video. These are not around in the United States. The one hour express wash/dry ended with wet clothes.

Das Apartment ist wirklich super ausgestattet (Küche hat alles, was man braucht; es gibt genug Handtücher) und sehr gut gelegen (15 min zu Fuß zum Gare de l'Est, keine 2 min zur Metro; viele Restaurants sowie Supermarkt & Bäcker in der Nähe). Die Kommunikation war großartig (sehr gutes Englisch, super freundlich) sowohl in Person als auch per Whatsapp. Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, vielen Dank dafür! Ich würde diese Wohnung oder generell über Paris Autrement jederzeit wieder buchen.
