Spacious living room with gorgeous second floor views of ocean and pool from the private balcony and living room. Ocean front community with access to shops and restaurants. Super comfy king bed in master. We focus on couples and allow only 3 people max which means our condo is cleaner and in better condition than most. We work hard to keep it looking THE BEST unit in the Surf.

We have opened up the kitchen ceiling so it is spacious and filled with natural light from the living room. We updated the lighting and paint as well. We are allowing guests to use our downstairs storage locker at no cost to store your beach chairs/etc. You can also use our items inside knowing if you break something, replace it. Also if you want to leave items you don't want to bring home and in new condition, leave in the locker for others to use.

They deliver to our condo. We do provide a starter kit of bathroom items so you can just drop your luggage off and hit the beach or pool. The view from the living room and balcony overlooks the beautiful courtyard, new pool and of course the gorgeous Atlantic ocean. **Pool opens early April and remains open until end of October.


*4 Golf courses within 15 minutes of condo. Restaurants and shopping are less than 1 mile away. The master bedroom has a king size bed with nightstands and dresser for your storage needs. A private 1/2 bath is adjacent to the master bedroom and includes a full size clothes closet. Additional guest sleeping is accommodated with a twin bed tucked away in a cozy alcove. The entire unit was recently renovated and we pride ourselves on spending money each year to keep the unit sparkling. A full kitchen with new cabinets includes all appliances including oven & cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Other appliances include Keurig coffee maker and toaster oven. The unit has all new flooring and and has been freshly painted. In addition, the unit has a brand new sliding door for access to the deck for viewing the ocean and new pool complex. Your family can enjoy their meals at the breakfast bar, the dining room table or out on the lovely wooden deck. Access to the pool or ocean is just steps away from unit 522. You never have to leave the property to enjoy the pool or sand beach.

Surf Condominiums has a NEW full washer and dryer facility located on site and also provides off street private parking for owners and guests. Surf City is very safe and family friendly beach community. We provide keyless entry to our complex entrance and remote keyless entry to our condo. NO keys required. There are no elevators on property nor is the unit handicap accessible. We are confident you will enjoy the condo, complex and community as much as we do.
