Great week!

We thoroughly enjoyed the location of this condo! Walkable to many bars and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed. Bed was comfy and the master shower is luscious! They were quick to respond to any questions we had. My only complaint is the amount of sand…. Totally kidding. We will definitely recommend!

Great location! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a beach weekend, including beach gear and chairs. Pool access, direct beach access, and a parking spot all included! We had some issues with the A/C when we first arrived, but the host sent someone out to address the issue almost immediately and it was fixed rather quickly. The A/C worked great for the rest of our stay. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again!

Amazing

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was amazing — extremely clean, beautifully maintained, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location on St. Pete Beach is perfect, with gorgeous views and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. This has become our yearly vacation spot, and we look forward to coming back every year. The unit truly feels like a home away from home. Besides the bunkbed room.?….the place was amazing! Right on the beach, had a pool and hot tub, spacious living room and kitchen with everything you would want / need! Parking onsite and questions were answered via text for anything needed. Hope to visit st Pete beach and stay again. Thanks!

Vistas on The Gulf 311

We had a wonderful trip. The I trip staff we very helpful and accommodating. They answered every question and request promptly . The condo was perfect and well supplied . The only down side was the road noise as it’s the closest to the street. It was too noisy to enjoy sitting outside. That was the only down side. The price , cleanliness were exceptional and well worth looking past the road noise. The view was fine from the balcony.

Not much view from the condo, but everything was great except the last evening none of were able to sleep due to the water softener making loud sounds all night long. Not sure what was going on but it made it rough to travel the next day without sleep.Pool was awesome, they had a pool party for the 4th which was nice as well. Also had beach chairs and umbrellas which I didn't see advertised and had brought my own but was nice to see they had stuff there. I would stay again but would definitely make sure to ask if the water softener was due for maintenance. Overall my family enjoyed to ease of getting to the beach without searching for parking and lots to do in the surrounding areas!! Was able to see multiple fireworks from the beach as we were there over the 4th.
