DISCLAIMER ON PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Wells and Bennett Realtors (Property Manager) requires $500 of your reservation total due upon booking (this is separate from the VRBO Service Fee that is also charged immediately) and the remainder is due sixty days prior to check-in. We also require Vacation Rental Accidental Damage Insurance for your reservation. There are two options to satisfy this requirement. You can purchase a policy through us and it costs an additional $55 total. The alternative option is that you can opt in for a refundable security deposit of $3,000. If you opt in for the security deposit, we will hold that on your card on file two weeks prior to check-in and then will return it as quickly as we can. Thank you for understanding.

Nestled along the scenic bike path, this home offers flat, easy access year-round, making it ideal for winter trips and summer adventures. Wake up and stroll to Sugar Pine Cakery for fresh coffee and delicious treats, then choose from three nearby beaches—Skylandia Beach, Lake Forest Beach, or Bristlecone Dog Beach—all just a short walk away!

PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.
Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied. If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property. If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.
Holiday Booking Policy CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.)**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th or 25th NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. Great little cozy cabin for our small family of 3 and our dog. Kitchen is well equipped. When we arrived, the pilot light was out on the gas fireplace but the team was easy to get ahold of a came by and fixed it quickly. Quick walk to the beach - great location.

Beautiful home in great neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and short drive into Tahoe City. Instructions and communication leading up to stay were great. House was as advertised, no issues.
Very cute place, well-maintained, amenities also well stocked - appreciated lots of towels. :) Great location as well. My kids and I really enjoyed it.
Simple, clean, well-stocked cabin. Loved being near Sugar Pine Cakery & Cafe and easy access to the lake.

This cozy, nicely appointed cabin was perfect for our family trip to Tahoe. It's close to Alpine (Palisades Tahoe) as
well as all of the restaurants and shops in Tahoe City and other surrounding areas. The location is very close to Bristlecone dog beach, which our dog loved. I highly recommend this charming cabin for your next trip to Tahoe.
We had such a lovely weekend in Tahoe. House was clean, well organized and a perfect location. Great dog beach only a few blocks away and the café mention in the suggestion book had delicious treats. We'd stay here again and will suggest to friends looking for a house near the lake.

We were very pleased with the cabin and location for our week in Tahoe this summer. Even with the lake being so high there was plenty of beach for our family and dog and as usual, Tahoe didn’t disappoint. The cabin was very clean and worked out great for our family and dog. Highly recommend it.

A very pleasant lakeside getaway during a heat wave
We were two teens, a toddler, two grandparents, and a mom. The house was roomy enough to accommodate us all comfortably. Well equipped kitchen. Short walk to the lake. We had a grand time playing board games. This was as well managed as any vacation rental I've ever stayed at.
