This villa nestled in a wooded 40-acre estate is ideally located in the heart of Provence. Its Provençal charm and light-filled exterior make it the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation by the pool. Located just a few minutes from Avignon, Isle sur la Sorgue, and the charming village of Gordes, this unique property is close to all cultural and popular sites. It is also close to all amenities (2 km).

This typical Provençal villa has a large 60 m² outdoor pool and is the perfect place to relax away from prying eyes. You can also unwind in the pool house and enjoy a convivial moment around the outdoor barbecue. The south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy the sunshine until the evening. The interior area is approximately 160 m². With 3 bedrooms and a shower room, as well as a separate toilet, this accommodation is ideal for a family of six or three couples.

The entire villa is accessible, except for one room dedicated to storing cleaning products and equipment.

The accommodation is ideally located near the Avignon TGV station (11.2 miles). It is 43 miles from Marseille Airport and is easily accessible by car.

The Mistral 7 shopping center, CAP SUD - Galerie Lafayette, Buld'air, and various other stores are approximately 6 miles away.

For cycling and nature enthusiasts, the foot of Mont Ventoux is located 45 km away in the small village of Bédoin.

Beautiful home. Very clean and well appointed. The pool is huge as are the very private grounds. The hosts are great. Two minutes to caumomt and less than 15 to L’Isle sur la Sorgue. Highly recommended.

The estate is big, well mantained and you can see, that the owner spends time here for himself: Everything is really nice. There are enough trees to provide shadow, lots of options like dart, table tennis. The pool is fantastic and my kids loved to spend most of the time there. The house is typical local villa-Style, very lovely. Accomodations are really good. Kitchen is well stuffed. I loved the fridge with ice-cube-dispenser. Always wanted one of those. Great restaurants within 30 min drive. Don’t miss the local market in Isla sur la Scorgue every Sunday and Thursday. One of the biggest markets I’ve ever seen. And that inside an old town on a small island. You have to see it! Next to the grounds is a local farm. When we went to our fence ans asked nicely, we were given Zucchini just minutes after being harvested. Best ever
