Perched uphill so sunsets and ocean view are amazing. Private garage for two cars, dog crates for guests use and fenced in fully private yards - front and back. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Indoor/Outdoor living is the best. Washer/dryer. Heating and AC which is plus and hard to find in this area. String lit backyard space. Chimnea and firepit on site.
