Another great trip

This is our second year at this property and we love it! It is conveniently located to the beaches and the town of Oak Island. It has been perfect for our family and we look forward to renting it again!

Excellent Family Vacation

The property was located in the perfect spot for our family, who all wanted to enjoy down time while being very close to the beach. The location was exactly what we were looking for. Close enough to town but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The short walk to the ocean and beach were great. Being very close to one of the neighborhood pools was really great too! While the temps were in the mid 60's to low 70's, it was a much needed respite from the cold winter weather in the great state of Michigan! :) We would recommend this property to everyone.

Perfect Rental!

We would stay here again and again!! I tried to book again 2 weeks later but it was unavailable. The rental was just as described. Very clean, well stocked, and spacious. I appreciated the starter items they had available for us. The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is just a short walk away but we rented a golf cart for the week since we had beach chairs, cooler, etc to carry. We also drove the golf cart to some local restaurants and shopping as they weren’t far away. We enjoyed our stay so much and will stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home with us. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Low key and chill

This property was in a great location. Short walk to beach. The property itself was beautiful and well furnished. We spent morning with our coffee on the balcony watching the deer. Neighborhood was super nice. Kids enjoyed the pool on the one day we did not go to beach.

Caswell Beach Property

The property was very nice. Great layout and comfortable. Needed just a couple of things done and the housekeeping and maintenance folks were quick to take care of things. Would stay there again.
