This newly remodeled masterpiece features a spacious formal living area that includes just one of many fire features, a state-of-the-art kitchen, four highly appointed bedrooms in the main house, and one detached casita with a full kitchen. The expansive outdoor living area features tremendous grounds that blend together with an outdoor fireplace and dining area that is situated next to a relaxing pool & spa. All the amenities you need and more - pool table, billiard room with bar, state-of-the-art golf simulator, full-size gym, outdoor putting green, tennis court, full-size basketball court, and outdoor shower/pool room. The Modern Ranch Estate was designed by local designer Hagit Taylor and featured in an article by Southern California based interior-designer Becki Owens. This meticulously curated home was also showcased on Ashley Stark's Instagram, Creative Director at STARK.
