The rear of all homes on each block all face large grassy area with COMMUNITY pool, palm trees and wide open desert mountain views.

** Pool is not heated from Oct 1 - Feb 28 **
**Stagecoach / Coachella cleaning fee is $360**
Community volleyball court, shuffle board court and basket ball court.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a City of Indian Wells Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) of 12.25% and a Tourism Business Improvement District(TBID) tax of 1% that will be added to your total by Airbnb.
Also, if you are found to be in violation of the occupancy (6 guests total) or noise rules, you will be fined $250 per night of your stay! This is a small community. Please keep it quiet and do NOT make any noise after 10pm!
