Seascape 5 is a ground-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo set about 50 feet from the beach in North Redington Beach. It’s part of a small residential building with just 14 units, and that’s exactly what makes it special: unobstructed views of the Gulf, peaceful landscaped grounds and the relaxed feel of a small community, without the big spring break crowds.
The Easiest Walk to the Beach:
No elevators. No stairs. No long haul with chairs and coolers. Step out of the living room sliders, cross the lawn and you’re on the sand in just a few steps. This is exactly how a beach vacation should feel: easy.
Start the day with a walk along the shore, spend the afternoon by the water and come back out for sunset over the Gulf, all without ever getting in the car.
Inside the Condo:
The living room is comfortable and bright, with Gulf views and sliding glass doors that open toward the beach.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, and the dining area seats four.
A full-size washer and dryer inside the unit means you can pack light and settle in for the month.

Heated Pool for Just 14 Residences
The heated pool and sun deck are outfitted with loungers, tables and chairs, and they’re shared only by the 14 residences in the building. With so few neighbors, it often feels like your own private pool.

North Redington Beach is a small, mostly residential beach town on the barrier island between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. The pace is relaxed and the beaches are less crowded, yet restaurants, beach bars and grocery stores along Gulf Boulevard are only minutes away.

• John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk (Madeira Beach), about 10 minutes: shops, waterfront dining, dolphin cruises and fishing charters
